Drove 20min just to get back to the office and have someone else’s food. Common sense to read names don’t match from Gio to Veronica smh and definitely not a Cobb salad 🤦🏽‍♂️

It is Chick-fil-A so it is consistent food that you get every time. The location is newer and well staffed unlike some of the other restaurants in the area. For some reason, this Chick-fil-A does not open both lanes, they don’t have personnel outside taking orders to speed up the process, and the customer service is closer to McDonald’s than any other Chick-fil-A I visit. More often than not, they open 2 to 3 minutes late with the drive-through many times a week and there is an abnormal wait time in the drive-through. Facility is very clean and the food is good.

The customer service was the worse I’ve ever experienced at a Chick-fil-A ever. Our order was wrong 3 different times, the manager couldn’t care less. The floors were sticky and gross and no one even bothered to clean them within the full hour we were there. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

The coke was very watery and weak in taste. The chicken sandwiches were smaller than I‘m used to. However, the taste of the food was delicious

People love Chick-fil-A and the place is always busy. We place an order for our party lunch and I went to pick it up. I went inside in the “order” line and was told to wait in the dining area. After 20 minutes I checked in the “pick-up” line and was told by a second person they would call me. Another 10 minutes went by and I rechecked with a staff member and told them I’d been there over 20 minutes, she went to the manager who said they had my order ready. He asked if I had checked in. Which I told him I had, 3 times. He then disappeared for 5 minutes to pick up the order that was supposedly was ready....

Just left there. Walked out. There was a cluster of employees behind the checkouts talking. No one acknowledged me waiting in line. Only one register was open. Always had great service at other Chick-fil-A's. I will not be back to this one.

Tonight was a horrible experience at this location. Dirty.. wrong and missing food.. brown chunks of something, they weren’t sure what, was in my frozen lemonade. I waited at the counter for awhile to get someone’s attention. It is 8:00pm no other customers were in line or waiting on food. ALL of the employees were so consumed with talking to each other and taking care of the drive through. Two managers/assistant managers right there in front of me did not even acknowledge that I needed help. One, a man, got himself a drink from the drink machine, looked at me nd walked to the drive through. When I finally got someone’s attention to ask why there was black things all in my lemonade, the answer was it may be from the Oreo machine. They honestly could have cared less. Not the way a chick fil a should be
