Great servers and super friendly. Shockingly (to me) they had bread pudding for dessert. It’s the best bread pudding east of NE (New Orleans. Homemade as well. Don’t pass it up. I also had a filet that was cooked perfectly.

Food was delicious, our server was awesome. Based on food and service I would’ve given a 5. However the check in put a big damper on our experience. We were a party of 6, with a birthday celebration. Myself and the birthday boy went to get a table while the rest of our party was still arriving. There was a table being cleaned off, we were told it would be just a few minutes. Then once the table was ready, she informed us she couldn’t seat us until the whole party was here, so we walked out to the car waiting on one more person. About 5 minutes later we walk back to the host stand, mind you she didn’t take our name or any details. We get back to the host stand and she says, I thought y’all left and we gave your table away. So now we waited another 15 minutes and she sat us at a 4 top table and pulled up two chairs to accommodate 6. We were squished and overcrowded but we made it work. Also, bought a big cake for the birthday boy and then was told we couldn’t bring it in. Not very friendly, not very accommodating…

Very busy, usually have to wait, question is, is it worth the wait. Stick to the burgers which are excellent, one of our friends ordered fish it was awful and was sent back. There was no issue and was replaced by a burger which are always great, the fries for me over cooked and need to be less so, although some will like them.
Definitely worth a visit and has atmosphere but I always feel there is an issue when somewhere like this charges $15 for a great burger but them charges $4.50 for a coke, doesnt feel right, a 2L bottle in Publix is less..... leaves a bad taste in the mouth. I like the restaurant but.....

There are so many positive aspects to this hidden gem that I don't know where to start. This is a "local" spot for sure. If you arrive during early dinner time, plan on waiting for a table... and know that the wait is totally worth every minute.

We ordered 3 apps, bacon wrapped shrimp, Philly rolls, and street corn dip. OMG! They were all amazing in their own rights. The shrimp were cooked perfectly. The Philly rolls were house made and tasty. The corn dip was a wonderful surprise of flavor and cheesy goodness.

Two of the three of us chose the aged steaks, me the strip, and my partners sister had the ribeye. Both steaks were grilled perfectly and were butter tender. My partner ordered a wedge salad due to the number of apps that we enjoyed.

At the end of the evening, we were all full and happy. I'll say that Ginger and her crew run a wonderful ship that is a pleasure to board. Visit The Silver Moon with a beach attitude: Relax, experience, and enjoy your time together.

We had such a lovely time at “the place with no sign”. I was really taken with the ambiance and the warmth that poured from the staff. There is so much more to this restaurant than meets the eye from the street.

To be fair, there was a sign that read “bar and grill”, but no official mention of the name “Silver Moon”

The entire exterior parking and waiting areas are absolutely beautiful and very well thought out. Usually, parking and then waiting at most restaurants are just necessary pain points in order to get to the eating. Not so at this place.

The rear parking area is beautifully landscaped with brick walkways that lead through living trellises, a well manicured lawn, and a rose garden.

The outdoor waiting area is a subtle stroke of genius. The area seems simple enough with an “oval” of chairs arranged under a covered patio. At the far end, it is connected to a dedicated outdoor bar to meet all of your pre-dinner beverage needs. It creates an atmosphere conducive to people watching and relaxation while taking in amazing seafood smells wafting from the kitchen. The oval seating arrangement also encourages the waiting guests to interact with one another, which I think is wonderful.

The staff is amazing. They were warm, welcoming, and did a fine job. I really like their blackboard wait list. That was a nice touch.

The food was excellent and the menu seemed to have a wide variety. I highly recommend the corn dip. As we were enjoying ours, I looked around and noticed it was a popular appetizer choice.

There were so many small touches that need to be experienced to be appreciated. It was those touches that made the experience a good one for me.

As we left, we found ourselves engaged in conversation with a lovely and warm woman who worked there. Part way through our conversation we found out that it was her establishment. What a treat to meet her! We look forward to seeing Ginger again soon!

Hi everyone!

I visited this place as a tourist from Montreal, and I have good things to say! I came with my two American friends who are locals to the area and we had a great night!

We ordered the whipped feta, philly cheesesteak spring rolls and a cheese dip that I forget the name of, as starters.
The whipped feta was amazing and the chips that came with it, although greasy, were also good! The philly cheesesteak rolls were also greasy, but super tasty. I felt it kind of odd that they had philly cheesesteak spring rolls, but they pleasantly surprised me! The cheese dip was also super great and came with the same chips as the whipped feta. To be clear, it wasn't beer cheese dips, which seems to be popular in the area, but a yellow colored one with beans and other garnishings. For a main, I ordered the NY strip steak, medium-well, with green beans and a fully loaded baked potato. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. I missed my MTL steak spice at this point but they still made an amazing steak. The green beans were the skinny kind and came with butter; very delicious. The loaded baked potato came with cheese, bacon bits, sour cream and chives. The bacon was real chunks and the sour cream was fresh!

All in all, I'll definitely be revisiting this place when I come back and I look forward to it! If you're visiting the area, be sure to visit The Silver Moon!

The Silver Moon is a hidden gem, no sign out front just Bar & Grill. We said at the bar very cool old school looking bar. We had Beer Small selection on draft plenty of bottles and cans full bar the food was absolutely delicious my husband had a bacon cheeseburger with fries huge Burger we split a side of the broccoli au gratin I had the salmon BLT it was absolutely delicious if you're a salmon fan and fries are bartender Amy was absolutely the best we're only in town until March 20th we will definitely be back and I encourage anybody new to town or anybody that's not tried it that lives here should definitely try this place out
