I stay at this Hotel during deer season in the fall. It was the worst experience I have ever had a hotel. It was absolutely filthy. The water was brown so I couldn't shower or even brush my teeth. As a result I checked out. I was scheduled for 2 nights but only stayed 1. After I checked out the manager called and threatened me if I ever came back. He said he would refund one night and has never refunded a penny (LIAR). IF YOU LIKE SLEEPING IN FILTH AND THE SMELL OF CURRY, ENJOY YOUR STAY.

We evacuated to Milledgeville, Georgia, looking for shelter from hurricane Milton. We wonder why mom’s and pop business aren’t making money in 2024. The hotel was filthy when I mentioned it to the front desk guy. I was told that I should’ve checked the room when I checked in. I went to dinner, and when I arrived back to the room, I realized that the tub the sheets the floors, the wall Everything was filthy and had not been cleaned when I asked for a refund the front desk guy called the owner and I was informed that I would not be getting a refund Of course, with the room being so dirty, I couldn’t let my young children sleep in it. It’s unfortunate that we were evacuating from a hurricane, and we couldn’t get the right accommodations. It’s unfortunate. This property has great potential. I would not recommend staying here on any of your circumstances. There was also price gouging at this location. Once the hotel was packed, the owner started charging $175 a night. When the original price was actually $92. I’m so disappointed I was looking for a small home town field.

Came here to evacuate from Hurricane Milton. After driving 8 hours through the night we arrived at this hotel that we booked through expedia and it was absolutely disgusting. First they charged a fee at the door for check in which expedia said the check in was at 7 am not 3 pm. Then we get to the room and the sheets are dirty, bathroom nasty, floors dirty, curtains stained, smelled disgusting, & the room is smoking when we booked non smoking. The man at the front desk even asked if we wanted smoking or not and still gave us a smoking room. Then my friends arrived shortly after us and they found a BED BUG in their room and that was the last straw for us. we packed everything and the man said I would get a full refund through expedia. Now its been a few days and the hotel is ignoring expedia and I tried calling and was put on hold for 10 minutes. This motel is absolute trash! When we were looking for a new hotel in the parking lot we also saw the cleaning woman walking with like 10 cans of Raid in her hands like thats going to fix it. That place is disgusting and I would appreciate getting refunded like promised. It would’ve maybe saved me from writing this review.

Never stay here! I will never again, along with the 6 other guys I work with, told them to stay away, too. 1 night, no refund, probably cost him a couple of weeks of stays from my co-workers. Beds are terrible. I felt like I was sleeping in a tortilla shell. Mattresses are cupped and stained....like other reviews have mentioned, with what....who knows. Sorry excuse for breakfast. Saw 1 or 2 roaches. Go across the street to the other cheap hotel, almost same price and better, owners are a lot friendlier and accommodating. The owner is awful here, booked 2 nights, but my work moved me to a different area. I checked out before 10AM, owner wouldn't give me a refund for the 2nd night, which I didn't stay, another hotel scammer, nothing in the paperwork that said non-refundable, no literature at the front desk that says that either. Just beware

First off, the staff is beyond fantastic, she let us check in early, and even had at the front desk, a phone we accidentally left behind, but remembered prior to leaving town. Fairly clean. However, that is where it ends, our non smoking room smelled of Marijuana, there was some kind of substance on the carpet, the desk chair was so old and had part of the cover flaking off. One bed tou could only sit or lay down on the side nearest the door because if would flip with you on it. Generally, the bathroom was clean, but the toilet seat had seen better days, there were not enough towels for us, and looked like mold growing on bathroom ceiling. Cheap price and yes that's what you got. Also, they advertise a continental breakfast, and nope they do not have that either. Nice people but they need a serious remodel and update the website; you should not say you have something you do not. Thank you. Room #212, 10/21/23

It’s basically a, “you get what you pay for”, kind of place. It’s a motel, so your door is on the outside of the building. The extra lock is very secure. Location, location, location, is perfect!!! The look and condition of the refrigerator, microwave, bathtub area, and air conditioner/heater, made you feel like you didn’t want to touch anything. You want to just “do the night” and get out of there. The air conditioner was on full blast when I arrived on a cold night, and there was no writing on the knobs, so I had to find the same model online which took some time because this one was sooo old. The tv worked good. I would recommend it for men.

My wife and I stayed here a few years ago and it was great. A little old, but the bed was comfortable and the general experience was good. Since then, management has apparently changed, the rooms have been updated, and the quality has dropped tremendously. The beds have virtually zero support and are incredibly uncomfortable. The towels in our room might’ve been clean, but they were riddled with what looked like grease stains and various other smudges. In addition to this, the motel doesn’t have any breakfast options and cited COVID as the reason for this, despite the fact that all of the other major hotels in the area are back to serving breakfast. We will certainly NOT be staying here again, despite the money we saved.
