Breakfast was good, got a few things to choose from. Rooms were reasonable, clean, a little musty, loved Brenda working Breakfast area, professional attitude and very friendly, nice job!! The pillows, you have a choice of flat and hard, flat and hard, or flat and hard! Pick 1. Over all, nice place and friendly staff. Truck drivers Bob tail no trailer parking.

The rooms smell very musty. The hotel rooms are extremely outdated. Our beds looked like a banana (high at the head and foot and low in the middle). The grout in the tiles were knocked out around the corners and the floor in the entryway and bathroom. The toilet was very low, felt like you were falling to sit on it. I would have left if there was another hotel with availability. Breakfast was a joke, burnt biscuits, over cooked scrambled eggs that tasted awful. The waffle was the best part, you make that yourself.

We were very pleased with our stay. We have traveled with our two dogs several times and not all pet friendly hotels are equal! The hotel was clean pleasant, and modern. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was generous. We'd stay here again!

Good stay. Clean and modern although getting a bit worn. As this hotel is only about 3-4 years old, it’s definitely showing its use or abuse. That said, rooms are clean and breakfast is the best! Staff is friendly and helpful. This is our 4th stay here and always look forward to coming back

Convenient to the interstate. The free breakfast was good. The TV was nice, the AC was nice. Service staff were nice.

Room was humid and smelled stale

The bed was miserably firm. If you like sleeping on asphalt, this is the place for you. The pillows were extra firm.

We did not get any sleep because it was so horrible. Kind of ruined our stay.

No overhead light, only a lamp in the room so the room was very dark and gloomy but I guess some people like that.

Design of the bathrooms is stupid, the door opens up looking directly at the toilet and covers the shower. Was just a really weird design.

Didn't like it mostly because of the horrible bed. ?

The desk person was good and helpful. My first room smelled like mold and the carpet was dirty. I had to switch rooms which was very easy. The second room was nice. The hallways carpets were dirty and stained. The breakfast was limited. Overall friendly desk persons and housekeepers.

Came here twice fleeing Florida hurricanes. Reasonable price, and I like the availability of hot breakfast options, including scrambled eggs. Downside for me: Mobility accessible room is as far from the lobby as it could be, and the AC in public areas wasn't always operating well during very high heat and humidity - BUT on the latest trip fleeing Hurricane Debby, the wonderful staff there helped me with the luggage trolley at both check-in (Kathie) and check-out (Tierra) without being asked, which was huge.

When we checked in, we went to a room and the room was sturdy. It had beer bottles open and fell with something. The tub was dirty and there was no remote control. We spoke to the front lady. Kindly moved us to another room. It was 10 times better.
