Front desk attendant was very friendly, efficient. Room was very clean, spacious. Bathroom had very nice shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Good variety for breakfast. First morning food was not very hot but still good, next morning it was hot and very good. Felt safe and relaxed at hotel. Would highly recommend.

Love this place! I always stay here when at the Holiday Inn Express in Monroe when flying up from Houston. Hot breakfast includes gravy and biscuits, eggs, bacon (which is my favorite). It is clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the service is great. I always reserve a room here and refuse to stay any where else!

Kudos to the staff at this location! The room was clean, no issues w the TV, refrigerator or AC unit, and I loved how the room was cleaned after the first night's stay.

The only thing I wanted out of this stay is more variety for the breakfast menu meat options.

Great service. Especially liked the man who checked us in. We arrived late at night and he was pleasant and accommodating. Room was clean. Breakfast was fine with better hours than many other hotels. Downside was the workout room machines were broken. I think only 1 machine.out of 6 was functioning properly. Also, my room had a connecting door - the neighbors were soooo noisy. You could hear them late into the night and early in the morning.

So nice to stay in a clean hotel with great amenities, breakfast was well stocked with something for everyone. Rooms were clean, bathroom was spacious and amenities provided did not skimp on quality. Would definitely stay again!

I travel quite a bit and I can’t say enough of how clean this hotel is. Housekeeping does a fabulous job daily. The ladies that serve breakfast are so kind and the breakfast is one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The beds are very comfortable. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay comfortable.

Room and facility very clean. Breakfast staff very accommodating and breakfast area clean,well stocked and presented well. Bed comfortable, slept well throughout entire stay. Location great, close to many restaurants. Probably the cleanest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. Housekeeping was impeccable.

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always perfect. Clean and quiet. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Very good breakfast in the mornings. You will not be disappointed.
