This place is so hit or miss. For the love of all things holy, you guys are a biscuit place so why are the biscuits always burnt and crumbly There’s an occasional rare day that the biscuits are great and fluffy, any other day they’re crunchy, burnt and crumbling everywhere. The chicken has shrunk. If you ask for extra butter to offset the terribly dry biscuit, they won’t give it to you. Like…ugh. Please bring back the Martin’s of my childhood. 🙏Three stars instead of one for that one cook that can get the biscuits right.

I've never been here before. It was a great experience. The burger is like a real homemade burger. I had great customer service. They even came out and asked me how the food was. Thank you for a great experience and a nice lunch break.

Haven't been to this location in over a year because of my last experience with the food and service. Decided to try them one more time because I had a taste for some country style breakfast early in the morning. I ordered a tenderloin breakfast plate with an extra tenderloin cheese eggs and a large side of sausage gravy with a coffee. The meat was not chewable at all and still had soggy flour in the folds, the eggs was burnt and cheese was just thrown on top instead of being mixed in, the biscuit was hard and burned on the ends, the sausage gravy was really watery and the coffee tasted burnt. Like why even put this in the plate at all. In total it was about $20 for this meal. Never again...

Order hashbrowns and got a bag full of grease that stained my clothes then when I returned the order had to wait ten minutes just to get another order that wasn't fresh and taste like oil.

My son loves Martin's and decided to treat me to breakfast but for the life of me I don't know why he go to this restaurant. Every time we go to any location in Cobb County the breakfast sandwichs are completely horrible! The biscuit was crumbly and the sausage was burnt to a crisp. What a disappointment considering the prices are quite high.

Avoid this location at all costs. I've had pretty bad experiences here the past 5 times I've been (with phone records to prove it), but today may be the worst yet. I ordered 3 biscuits, an order of bacon, and a large hashbrown. Well, I get my food and pull over to check it... the bacon was missing and the hashbrowns were ice cold in the center and hard as a brick. I went inside to handle it and stood at the register for about 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Mind you, it's 6AM on a Saturday. It's not like they were anywhere near busy... well, the man working asked "what I needed" and I told him.. he took the hashbrowns he'd already given me and dropped them in the fryer... and then gave them back to me in the bag you see pictured.. grease was literally dripping off if it. I knew it would get me nowhere complaining to him, so here we are.

Avoid this particular location like the plague.

I ordered a biscuit with sausage gravy on Saturday, 10/19/24. When I opened it I could immediately smell something was off. I tasted a small amount of the gravy and it tasted of soap. I went back to the restaurant to get my issues address and fixed.

I let the worker know my issue and asked her to get gravy from a newer batch. The worker gave me another biscuit plate... that also tasted like soap. Unfortunately I didn't realize it until I got back to work.

I am not sure if the pan was soaking and not rinsed before being used or what. Regardless, Martin's in Powder Springs needs to step it up!!

We visit this Martin's often and it's always good. Today was not the case. The service was incredibly poor. We were not greeted. The woman stood at the register and didn't ask to take our order. I eventually asked if she was ready and she said for here? The whole experience was weird. The biscuit want hot and the fries were soggy. The restaurant was disgusting. All the tables and floor were dirty. We won't be back.
