Wasn’t sure where or what we wanted to eat. Went to our old faithful and wow. We both had chop steak, onions and peppers, her baked potato and me sweet potato. Bailey suggested Blue Cheese Dressing for my salad and it was the best I believe I’ve had. Rita had Ranch. Bailey our waitress was amazing. Food was great. It made our day after a busy week.

This is the real hometown Cracker Barrel 👏 The food is perfect Mom and Pop 🏅 The place is decorated with a home 🏡 feel. The service is quick, and you seat yourself choosing your own table. They are always busy! You know a place is good when the locals keep it busy. The staff is always so nice hard to come by thrse days.

I ordered the rib plate with fries and a side of coleslaw. The ribs were tender and smoky, the fries were hand cut and home fries, cole slaw was creamy but a little bland. My husband ordered the pork plate combo with fries and Brunswick stew. He was not too fond if their Brunswick stew. They have 3 kinds of bbq sauce. We liked the sweet and smoky and the Johnny's Hot Sauce, but be prepared, the hot sauce is very spicy but yummy. Portions were big and the drinks are huge. Our server, Sidney, was very sweet and accommodating. I give her a 10 out of 10. You can shop for boots, clothes, knives and other items as well.

Ribs are 🔥. Fried pies are 🔥. Sweet tea is 🔥. Sauces are 🔥. The stew and pulled pork are 🔥. Staff is 🔥. Especially the cute blonde at the register and the other cute blonde server.

100/10 will eat here again this week and every time I'm in the area.

Hey Now! I had rib plate with beans and mac&cheese. Ribs were cooked great, tender, juicy, came right off the bone with not too much sauce. Service was good, reasonably priced. I recommend it to anyone for lunch or dinner. I will go back here the next time I am in the area.

Didn't already have BBQ sauce on their pulled pork sandwich. Luckily I asked for extra sauce when I ordered. Plus it wasn't messy. Sometimes a good pulled pork sandwich comes a little messy.

Good barbecue at a good price. I was happy with the quality, portions, and price. Johnny's serves straight barbecue. What I mean is, meat is unsauced and lightly seasoned at smoking. The vinegar based sauce was spot on. I added just a few drops of their hot sauce to give some extra flavor to the meal. A good place if your craving just good plain smoked meat.
