I went to pay for my room not even 30 minutes afterwards we were told we had to leave because they suspected fleas in our room which we don't have , but we have bed bugs and were told no rooms were available, but a family member called and said they close a 6 but have available rooms. Also I was speaking to the maintenance man in Spanish he went to the office to get the manager I didn't understand is he here illegally, we didn't have an issue before now all of a sudden we have to deal with this foolishness they have bed bugs and roaches that crap pest control doesn't work we have house cleaning once a week but me and my mom bleach and use lysol 3 times a week. If anyone gets room 107 check the corners of the beds for bed bugs
We were in room 134 in September 2024 there were pest then.

As you can see by the replies to previous reviews, management is very unprofessional. 5 star reviews are written by staff to try and boost ratings. You are better off staying somewhere else. If something isn’t working don’t be surprised if you have to ask several times and still nothing is fixed. This place will not last 5 years, at least the way things are going. Management doesn’t care and good luck trying to get in contact with them. If you don’t want to be looked down on by others that think they are better than you, steer clear. Expect a snarky reply to this review.

This is a wonderful place if you would like roaches crawling all over you while you're sleeping your window nailed shut your door can't lock and kids playing outside at 1:00 in the morning. I asked for compensation for my room due to the amount of roaches that were actually coming out of the refrigerator coming from under the air conditioner under the microwave and stove. Taking a bath they were even all over in the bathroom. Sleeping was horrible imagine waking up and you see it a roach or your chest and then one near your ear. No type of conversation no type of compassion or anything this place is horrible I wouldn't recommend it to my enemy. But I will recommend it if you like roaches

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. For guest or as an employee. All the negative reviews are very true. They have staff write their good reviews and delete the bad ones. These people are money hungry and careless. Management is rude. Rooms have roaches and bed bugs. Police are here every week. One wrong move and you’re paying a charge/kicked out. Don’t waste your time I would look elsewhere. 0/10

Honestly this would be a great place to get your things in order,but it's two things that kinda make you side eye this extended stay. It's like you paying to be in prison,the ladies come to your room when no one is there unannounced which is disturbing. They don't give any warning ,and I think if you paying 340 some dollars a week you should have privacy. I don't like how they do this every week that's uncomfortable. It's like you never know and that's very uneasy and concerning for me. The more strange thing is as well is how they think this is ok. I know the paper said random room check but this is every week... and the paper didn't say that. I pay my hotel every week no problem,no noise complaints nor am I bothering anyone.It's just weird how you paying your hard earned money and not have any privacy. I wonder if they would be ok with people coming in their home unannounced every week giving them notes and stuff. It's just weird and I think I'll be looking elsewhere. I work too hard to have to deal with this kind of stuff every week.

This hotel isn't fair with their management they're telling us we can't come back for stuff somebody else did and they're getting no stars from us so I hope they like it
