This is my 2nd time being “homeless” in a way but this extended stay is not bad at all. I heard they got new management and ever since I been here the stay has been great. The only issue I’ve had thus far is the WiFi service lol. Imagine being in the middle of a game and then BOOM, you get an error message. The manager Jason is always available, and has great customer service. The way he interacts with the other tenants here always puts a smile on my face. The new maintenance guy is super fast and always responsive! Overall I love staying here. Plus its location is fantastic as well. Everything you need is close by and you can even walk to most places.

The man up front, Jason Wise easily has to be one of the best at customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve worked in hospitality for 20 years, and managed for the last 10, and his level is unheard of. The room is clean, has all everything needed, good location. Absolutely would stay again.

My experience has been great ! At first I was a bit nervous based on previous comments, and having 2 small children with me but the location is clean overall (the over all appearance) and well maintained and the employees have always been very nice to me. If you are in a situation where your stay has to be long term , I’d suggest you getting a storage to be able to better organize and keep it clean while you are there so things won’t be cluttered. I have seen a few roaches ,but the company is making efforts to make sure that they do pest control. They have done pest control since I’ve been there and I do my part by keeping my space clean to make the best out of my transitional situation. #222 “if you want God to bless you with more, take care of the little you have now.”

Stayed here a few months and no complaints. The rooms are cozy, no issues with the service/staff, and the location is great! Everything you may need is close by, some even walking distance. Definitely recommend if your looking for something affordable and comfortable.

General Manager , Jason Wise , was very helpful and knowlegable and easy to talk with. Which is helpful because the In Town Suite Website is not accurate to what type of rooms are available as well as pricing. Even the reservation phone line will mislead you as to what's actually available.

I rented the Premium Room for $571 for the
first week and it is as good as advertised. Im not a fan of the 'small eyed ' electric stove but the whirlpool refrigerator is full size , the microwave is brand new and there is adequate cabinet space. It comes with a queen size bed , a 2 seater kitchen table , a dresser , a living area table, a modest sized closet and a TV .A nice bonus is the loveseat that doubles as a pull-out futon.

You definitely should bring your own cleaning products because although the room was tidy I wouldn't say that it was clean and sanitized. I bought clorox bleach spray and a scrub pad to clean a full layer of dirt out of the bathroom/ bathtub/shower because it appeared to have only been rinsed out . I also bought a mop because , again , although the room was tidy, I wouldn't say it was clean and sanitized.

The location is good , tucked away in a little cul-de-sac, off of a main road and close to various food spots , gas stations and Kroger grocery store . It's been quiet in the 10 hours ive been here . Their are families that reside here as well as contracters and sales people and truck drivers moving in and out but the place still has a nice "home" vibe . The school bus picks up and drops off the children right in front of the building.

Room availabilty is low because a lot of the residents are long term .So when a room becomes available you should reserve it asap. General Manager, Jason Wise , is good at keeping up and communicating what is going to be available and when , but, if you make a room deposit ($50 minimum) and you don't come on time you will definitely lose your deposit , no exceptions .

Customer service was on point and very friendly. Overall the room with spacious , clean, an put together. I definitely felt better knowing I was in a safe environment. Thank you Jason Wise .

The best hotel spot for being near stores. The room had a few dinged up things but everything worked and the pricing for weekly is great.
