What an amazing dining experience. I haven’t gotten the chance to try the new Big Bon in Pooler yet since I’ve been so busy and typically am only able to make it out to the Bull Street location. I decided to give it a try today and was overwhelmed with a welcoming and considerate experience. I inquired about the Matcha but then needed up ordering a different latte, because I was too scared to try the Matcha since it was “authentic.” Aside from my food being ready so fast and being delicious, the worker (Daniel) gave me my latte that I ordered and also a free matcha for me to try. How considerate! A 10/10 experience, and I definitely recommend this location (and all) of Big Bon. Will be coming back😊

We have only been to the downtown location once and really enjoyed our visit. We are visiting my parents in Pooler and were so excited to see a location here now. Our breakfast bagels were so delicious. My husband actually said this is one of the best breakfast bagels I’ve ever had. Better than any bagel we’ve had in Tampa. The service was just as amazing. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. We will definitely go back.

Big Bon Bodega in Pooler, GA is SO FREAKING GOOD. 12 out of 10. Want a finger-lickin meal that you’ll think about for the next few days? This is the place. The food is 5/5, service 6/5, and atmosphere is 5/5.

This is a modern city-vibe casual dining with bagels, bowls, pastries, and coffee/lattes. The food has a variety of flavors and an incredibly authentic Korean-fusion touch. I’m obsessed, like genuinely obsessed. I came back twice in a week span.

I ordered their K-steak & egg bagel sandwich, and a lavender matcha latte. I also ordered a Savannah 912 sub sausage instead of bacon.
As a Korean-American, I found myself literally mindblown with the flavor combinations! I thoroughly enjoyed the cohesiveness of the sandwich. The combination of the American-Korean flavors, the textures and the depth made me smile the entire time I was munching! It made my multi-cultural self feel embraced and accepted! The bagels alone are SO SO freaking good. I think northerners will love it !

The service here is also great! I was helped by Timmie and Claire, who are both so patient, friendly, hospitable and kind. The second I walked in, they recognized me by name. They even put a cutie little affirmation on my latte cup! The service and vibes inside make me feel so welcomed.

I might just have become their #1 fan!

Very nice and quaint spot on the side. The atmosphere is relaxed and conservative. You've probably driven by it and didn't even know it. I got the Pesto Cabrese roasted herbs, and it didn't disappoint. Very well put menu. I went after lunch, so it wasn't packed. Parking was bad but space is limited, so I can imagine how the lunch is. It's definitely a place to see the full potential of a bagel.

We had such a great experience here. We were headed out of town and stopped for a quick dinner near closing time. We ordered the Cubanito and Bon Mi, and both were excellent. We chatted with the manager and talked about their expansion and we had tried pizza at the Savannah location but missed the bagels because they ran out. He gave us some bagels to take home! Looking forward to our next visit so we can try more items on the menu. They also had Asian desserts for sale (Japanese cheesecake, mochi), which I’m guessing is hard to find in the area. Wishing them a ton of success.

I was excited to hear that Big Bon was opening in Pooler, being a fan of the Savannah location. The pizzas were great as expected- my favorite is the Liberty Pepp. It has a perfectly crusty top with a delightful honey note. Writing this review is giving me a craving.

I also loved their bar-type drink station with extensive coffee drink selections—perfect for coffee lovers. The Honey Bear Latte was a standout.

Out of curiosity, I tried the K-Spice and I’m so glad I gave it a try. It has a unique spicy kick with some sweetness from seaweed. I love it and now I want to carry it everywhere!

So delicious! I had the Pesto Caprese sandwich. I was worried it would be too tangy like some are. But it wasn't at all. It had the perfect blend of flavors. It tasted very fancy actually. And don't worry about it being a bagel sandwich. The bagel was SO soft and yummy. My husband said his B.L.A.T.T. sandwich was delicious too. We chased it with a cheese danish which was also so soft and yummy. We only wished that it had the cheese all over instead of just a strip. It would've been fabulous if the cheese was in the center like a sandwich. Ooo!
