Biggby just opened this week. The staff is still learning so they are not yet polished but they are trying hard. My drink came out correctly and quickly. Thankful to have another coffee spot in Pooler, especially in this location.

Oh my god, I don’t know how I got blessed with the best coffee place across from my house! I’ve only been twice but I got the spotted owl both times. I believe it’s called and WOWW is all I have to say. The staff are all so sweet and helpful. I will be there more than I should and bringing friends ☺️

5 Stars. I went on their second day open to the public and I've never had Biggby before, so I was excited to try something new. I ordered the Honey Cinnamon Vanilla latte and it was EXCELLENT, not too sweet. I also had the sausage, cheese and egg bagel and it was so good! Very filling, I was unsure about the cream cheese on it but that took the breakfast sandwich up a notch. Best one I've had around. Very excited for this business in our community and to continue trying lattes from their enormous list of flavor options!

The Shops brand new and the drinks are pretty good, the crème freezes could be a bit more slushy and frozen but over all great atmosphere sweet people and they gave my little buddy here a pup cup with a treat topper ! absolutely delicious

The specialty drinks are really good (Latte of Joy, Mint Chip, Berry Chocolatey) My everything bagel with cream cheese was great. Their Iced Coffee on the other hand is very very bland. I tried to replicate what I get from Dunkin (hazelnut, light caramel, creamer) twice and could barely taste any coffee. It tastes like syrupy iced water, a tad too sweet. I'll make a few tweaks to it next time to see if that helps. Overall good alternative to other coffee spots in Pooler. Super friendly staff too.

Unbelievable experience from a coffee chain, staff was so friendly and welcoming. Not to mention their coffee is amazing! I had a German mocha the first day and a black bear the second. Definitely recommend getting it frozen! So impressed with the quality! Never going to Dunkin or Starbucks again

I'm so glad a coffee shop finally came to POLER! They serve amazing coffee, tasty food, and have super friendly staff. The service can be a bit slow, but trust me, it's worth waiting for! I loved their vanilla bean coffee and the delicious turkey bagel!
I think I've finally found a reason to break up with Starbucks!
