We hadn’t planned to stay at this hotel because we had reservations elsewhere. Unfortunately the other location was just a mess. I was pleasantly surprised with the way the lady helped me check in. She truly went above and beyond to help us while we were still in shock from leaving our originally planned facility. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The beds were comfortable and I have to emphasize again, extremely clean. The property presented well throughout. Check out was also friendly and easy. Nothing but positives for this hotel, and if you’re a Wyndham Reward Member, this is the location I would pick if staying in that area.

Positive: they was sufficient about if I asked him for something that was right there to answer the question or accommodate us as well. So it was a very, very good stay out. Really loved and and I would recommend this hotel to family members as well. Negative: I have nothing bad to say about this room.

Positive: We had plenty of room, we bring extra things along and we had plenty of space for everything. Negative: !. I didn't like the fact that I had to give an upfront $100.00 deposit upon checkin. It would have been nice to know prior. 2. The breakfast was not that great. I don't eat gluten and the only thing I could eat at breakfast was apples and peanut butter.

This place sent a confirmation for a king room. Upon arriving, we were told no king room available, only double beds. In addition to that, they put a hold on my credit card for $100. Their confirmation stated that if you paid in cash, gift card, or prepaid card, a hold would be placed. I paid in advance with a credit card. At the check in desk, they had a different sign fora hold that that added “credit card.” If that wasn’t irritating enough, the room keys they gave us didn’t even unlock the room door. At that point, we decided to stay somewhere else. We went back to the check in desk. The lady was rude and said, “I’ve already checked you in so the hold will remain on your card until you check out.” |This place has false advertising and is a complete ripoff. |BEWARE

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel due to unbearable noise from the neighboring room. Loud music and TV blared from night until morning, making it impossible to sleep. Despite notifying the front desk, the issue was never resolved. If you’re looking for a quiet and restful night, I strongly recommend avoiding this place

Positive: Unlike many motel/hotels we've used for travel, this one was very well run. Negative: If anything, we don't like it when there's no separation or privacy between the sink area and the main area of the room. We prefer it when the sink area is in the same room as the shower.

Stayed one night. No street noise, but very thin walls: I could hear music from the next room (fortunately they turned it off around 10:30 pm). I slept ok with ear plugs and white noise.|Spacious, clean, reasonably modern room. Multiple well located power sockets. Amenities included coffee maker, microwave and minifridge. Well lit desk area. Comfortable bed and pillows. There were no blankets or warm comforters, only a flimsy bed throw, so I had to sleep with the heat on as the outside temperature was near freezing.|Bathroom with everything in working order. Good water pressure in the shower.|The wifi required several attempts to login, both from my laptop and my phone, as the login screen repeatedly didn't appear.|Basic breakfast.|Easy parking in front of the room.

First, you have to request clean towels, You have to take your used towels to the front desk. You dont know when you’ll get clean towels. Forget requesting them to clean your room. The day I was to check out I asked to stay 2 hours after the check out time of 11am. Starting at 9:30am I heard loud door knocking at least 5 times telling me to get out. I received a phone call telling me I would be charged $25 for the 2 hours. That’s nearly 1/2 of the daily rate. There isn’t a lobby or a room where they make you feel comfortable or welcomed. Just the opposite. The TV shows only the weather station nothing entertaining. They hide the remote behind the TV. The breakfast is biscuits and gravy. The biscuits, bread and donut holes are weeks old. You heard that expression ____ on a shingle.When I checked into the Hotel From Hell I put a $100 deposit that would be returned when I checked out. They kept it. Finally, one gets the impression that there is something else going on thaat’s outside of running a hotel.
