I only give 3 stars due to the fact we had called down to front desk for 11:30 check out and it was approved, then house keeping comes to door at 11:00 which I plainly stated we had called down for a later check out, they still report us to front desk, then front desk clerk knocks on door at 11:15 rudely stating “check out is at 11”…. I told her I called down and 11:30 was approved, she then states I thought you said room 211…nope I said room 221…mind you I used the hotel phone, not my cell, so room number should’ve shown up. That whole thing left a bad taste on our stay! Otherwise the hotel is nice and beds were comfortable!

The bed was good. Breakfast had a good variety. The breakfast sandwiches items were in all separate containers (3 total). We really liked that for we are vegetarians and usually have an issue with it. Pancakes were nice too. Would consider staying there again when in the area.

Positive: Simple, but comfortable, clean rooms for a very good price. Staff were lovely. Negative: Breakfast and coffee were very average. No coffee in the room, but available 24h in lobby. Google maps took us to what was probably a former location around the block.

Upon entering, the assistants at front desk were friendly and accommodating. At the elevator, a bucket of dirty water, pail and mol stop the entire evening..the bed was comfortable..there was no pen, paper, hairdryer, hangers in the room.
The third floor smelled spicy as if someone was cooking

When I booked this hotel online I made that I gave our information as a party of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids); this hotel option popped up with the option of having rooms that slept 6. In my haste, I didn’t actually click and read the fine print / my fault. So I booked a room, we checked in fine, and get to the room… 2 queens. I went to the front desk and she said they don’t control what it says online for how many each room can sleep, but it seemed that all their room can actually only sleep 4. They did not have any cots to offer, nor would there have been space to put one in the room. So while a queen bed can technically sleep 3; don’t believe them when they say a room sleeps 6, because they mean side by side, with no space to flip over🤣.

This hotel is quite nice, and this is my second stay. However, there are some cleanliness issues in the room. If the hygiene were better, it would be worth more than 4 stars.
The highway side rooms is little bit noisy.

Management, Cindy rude and slurred her speech. Receptionist, visha, snapped her fingers while speaking to an employee. Employee doesnt know how to solve problems due to lack of training. Customer asked receptionist if she would come up to his room later, she was obviously upset...once booked online receptionist can not make changes to better accommodate. You get what you get. Room key did not work. People in parking lot in a group leaning on vehicles drinking smoking yelling racial slurs. No first aid kit available. Number given to speak to management is front desk. Lobby looks nice and is the only thing nice about the place other than it's located right off of I 95

I found this place to be bright, safe, clean and easy to find off I-95 near Savannah. The room was very comfortable. It is within walking distance to a good southern style cooking restaurant. A convenience store is across the street. This is the perfect roadside stop.
