I cannot say enough about the overall experience. From the service to the accommodations, everything was top notch. To top it off, our concierge, Carmela, went above and beyond to assist with activities and she even was able to track down the paint color used on the hotel so we could use it on an upcoming home renovation. Not only will we will be returning to Palmetto Bluff, but after staying in a Montage Resort, I can say it will be tough not staying at other Montage Properties.

Beautiful resort! The adult pool was quiet and relaxing. Our Spa treatment was fabulous. Breakfast was great each morning. Loved dining on the patio in the warm sun.

This PLACE!!!!! A slice of heaven on earth. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with the sweetest people on planet earth, but it doesn’t stop there. The ambiance, decor, quality, comfort, BEAUTY is above and beyond anything you could dream of. My husband and I have been to so many amazing resorts, but Palmetto Bluff tops it all. Absolutely nothing like the southern charm. Feels like we are on a movie set here. Just amazing!

Came here as a guest of a wedding party and was totally impressed by this property. From the grounds to the rooms to the staff food and even housekeeping was pretty amazing. Nevertheless this is not an inexpensive place to stay. It was my first time in South Carolina. Lots to do here So you'll need more than a couple of days I had to take it all in. And of course Other than having access to bicycles to get around the property everything comes with a the price. You can do nothing and enjoy the pool when the weather gets warm.

My experience at Palmetto Bluff is one I will never forget. The amazing staff, especially Hope Green and her team were exceptional. I was chosen to exhibit my artwork in The Octagon Restaurant. My team worked closely with the staff of The Montage to create an unforgettable event. Guests were greeted with champagne and hors d’oeuvres and treated to the beauty of the restaurant and bar. The wait staff, bartenders and servers were courteous and professional. We had dinner with a party of 10 waited on by the amazing Gary. Gary is every restaurant’s dream server. He was attentive and funny without being overbearing, he was professional, beyond reproach. We all fell in love with Gary. Our room was large, clean and remarkably comfortable. Every single need was anticipated and taken care of before we even thought of anything. The bathroom, bedroom and all room accommodations were five star. The most important aspect of our stay was the phenomenal people who make their living at the Montage. The valet, the front desk staff, wait staff, kitchen, shop, spa, etc. etc, have found where they belong. They collectively create the unique, superior and extraordinary experience that is The Montage. I cannot wait to return.

Our family visited Montage Palmetto Bluff for the second time in January. This place is a slice of Heaven on Earth. The natural beauty and charm of this property is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. We were traveling with my in-laws and 4 year-old son and I have to say there is something for everyone. Our son loved participating in the Montage Merit program and had a blast completing a countless activities around the property to earn merit badges for his lanyard that he proudly displayed to his friends at preschool when we returned home. The concierge, Carmela, absolutely enhanced our experience in every way. The love and attention she showed our son went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. Thank you to all the staff who made us feel like VIPs and like we had the whole place to ourselves with every interaction we had. I couldn’t recommend Montage Palmetto Bluff highly enough and we can’t wait to go back.

We only spent a night here briefly as we were performing at the hotel for a private event, but I had to leave a comment/review because this venue, the staff, the location - everything was beyond outstanding. Special shout out to the lady on the security gates who gave our dog a dog treat on arrival, the valet who helped us tremendously with parking and unloading for our performance, and Alexis on the front desk who was amazing with checking us out at 445am - so friendly, helpful and professional.
Can’t wait to return!
