Got there, immediately got hit with the smell of smoke. I tried to take a shower and I couldn’t even get in the shower, while getting undressed the water after a minute is spilling into the room so had to use all the towels given to clean up the water. We then left immediately. This room was unlivable. Do Not Stay Here. And after we have complained and asked for a refund they will not give you a refund. Rude service. I couldn’t be more disgusted in a place. HORRIBLE.

Walked in and saw our room and immediately left. Smelled disgusting looked unclean the ceramic was completely peeled on the bathtub. Felt like i’d get a disease if I stayed there. Felt like i got a disease just from breathing in the air. Checked for bed bugs and surprisingly didn’t see any. Saw roaches and the crackhead looking lady running the front desk was extremely rude. We left and tried to come back to let her know we were leaving and nobody was there then we called later and she said she saw us come back and leave. Felt extremely unsafe.

I would not recommend this place. While the location is convenient and there’s plenty of parking, the overall experience was disappointing. The lady was rude, the towels were used and smelled bad, and the bed sheets had stains. The fridge was dirty, the key card barely worked, and the AC was noisy, dusty, and stopped functioning after 10 minutes. To make matters worse, if you get locked out of your room after 8 PM, you have to pay $20 to get back in. Although there is a TV, I’d rather pay a bit more for a cleaner and better-maintained place.

Well worth the money. Peaceful. I love how I felt comfortable with the cameras everywhere knowing my stuff was safe if I left or that my car was safe while I was sleep. The room was clean and cozy, it smelled amazing when I opened the door and the whole time I was there. I loved the bathroom the shower was amazing~ I thought the mirror in the bathroom was amazing, I love the lighting, the sink was cute and I loved the style. My bed was very comfortable and huge! I didn’t need a bed that big but when I tell you I slept like a baby I sure did! The tv had Roku on it so I sure did get some tv time in. The fridge was huge as well, I had a lot of space in the fridge and freezer. There was also a microwave in there that worked amazing. The curtains was blackout so during the morning I slept in and didn’t have the sunshine to be in my eyes. I loved the unit was a AC unit and also a heater. It worked well and heated my room or cooled it down quickly, they also provided a fan in the room worked fantastic. My room also had a remote control light and ceiling fan! I felt fancy and loved it cause sometimes I’m too lazy to get up and turn off the light. Amazing. Room was 20/10. My favorite thing was the customer service didn’t matter what time I texted they was there. So friendly and helpful. They was so sweet and didn’t mind how many questions I had or anything. There was no roaches or bedbugs at all, I read some of the reviews and at first I was nervous but once I got there, I was amazed. I would recommend to anyone visiting near the area. 10/10 room. 10/10 customer service. 10/10 everything.

This review is your warning….do not stay here. The place is filled with giant roaches. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by one of these monsters. I didn’t even know roaches got that big. I immediately told the lady at the front desk and she rolled her eyes and said bugs happen in Georgia. I asked her if we could at least have someone come spray and I got another lovely eye roll before being told later. After thinking it over we decided we didn’t want to sleep with the roaches so told her we had decided not to stay and could we at least get a partial refund. More eye rolls and then we were told she would look into it later that night. I asked her if she could please help us with it before we left and she informed me that she wasn’t gonna do that. I asked her what their policy was and she said they didn’t have one that they weren’t “some fancy hotel”. I guess you have to be a fancy business to have a cancellation or refund policy. I have never experienced such rudeness, disrespect and again GIANT bugs everywhere at a hotel or motel. It was awful.

Please spend the extra money and go someplace else. We stayed for 5 nights while checking in we were told our keys were under the doormat. No keys there. Go back again get two keys neither work. Go back again and she has to show us exactly how the keys need to be placed because their system is so finicky. Not a single thing in the room really looked like it had even been wiped down. But yeh know whatever place is cheap 🤷🏼‍♀️ my biggest issue Night one we get back to the hotel neither of the keys are working door is flashing red. No one on site. We call the motel number and are told to be let back in the room we have to pay a $25 lockout fee because it’s our fault the keys don’t work… lol you’re funny. I’m not paying to be let into a room that I payed for because your key system is trash. Housekeeping didn’t stop by a single time in 5 days with new towels or toilet paper or to take the trash out. Oh and we slept really good seeing all the roaches pooping everywhere. Pictures are posted of said cockroach 🙂

DO NOT STAY HERE! Anything outside a 1-star review is likely a paid review. Save your money and get someplace nice with decent customer service.

The lady at the front desk was all out rude to us and wouldn’t even supply us with bug spray to help with their roach problem. She then got an attitude when we decided we did not want to stay here and she did not want to give us a refund. “It’s Georgia and it’s been raining”… We live in Georgia and that’s not the problem.

Overall, it is not worth the time or money to stay here. Spend an extra 20-30 and at least enjoy your time.

Close to everything! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Remembered us from a previous stay over a year ago. Let us check in a little early. Accommodated our three dogs. Remodeled rooms look fantastic and love the walk in shower! It is the only place we will stay in Savannah!
