Deplorable conditions!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We’ve stayed here many times over the years. This was our first time back in about 5 years. This place is not what it used to be. The rooms are disgustingly filthy and unkept. When we arrived to the room we immediately knew we could not sleep here. We ended up booking next door at the spark by Hilton. Towels and linen were stained!! Walls were dirty and peeling. Insect eggs and other peoples clothes in the drawers and hanging in the bathroom. Old toilet paper and razor covers on the floor in the bathroom. I will be fighting to get my money back tomorrow. We booked for two nights prepaid. What a mistake. Now I have to fight for a refund. This place needs to be inspected and shut down!!!

This placed is horrendous and disgusting. I was here less than a hour before checking out and finding another hotel. area is unsaf, staff is rude and when I pulled the covers back to jump in bed I noticed stains that looked like jizz. I mean how do you not wash the linings after each stay. worse experience ever.

I made a reservation here and cancelled it within 14 hours so they took my 144.89 and only refunded 9.99. So I will never stay there they've already gotten paid for a stay that I won't even be there. Took me for $135 for a 14 hour reservation if they're that cheap I definitely don't want to stay there

Horrible experience! Shower handle broken and wound not let me shower in another room with our moving rooms bc they had to clean my room to re-rent it. It was late and I had to catch a flight at 5am. I told her it didn't make any sense bc all I needed was a shower and that was all they would need to clean versus my entire room. She was rude and didn't care about what was convenient and made most sense. Ended up getting plyers out of car to work water. The shower curtain was extremely moldy as well! I paid for my room in advance via a third party but was forced to give her my credit card anyway. Now today I see a $30 charge. I called to ask why and was told she would have to ask her manager and call me back. Still waiting. Forced to call my credit card company and dispute it. Horrible experience!

Hello. I recently stayed at this hotel with my child who’s 1yrs and first lemme say the area is very very disturbing and loud. Secondly, the clerk who’s at the front is very creepy and stalks your every move from the moment you check in to the moment you check out. The rooms are extremely hot with no working AC. The TV had no signal or service !!! And then they had to move us to another room and instead of having housekeeping come fix the first room we were in. They tried to ask me to clean when I only sat in the room for 10 minutes at the most before I realized the issue with the temperature of the room. They have bugs as well without proper housekeeping I’m not surprised. Then the male clerk worker racially profiled me and my friend when we checked into her room. I agree Don’t EVER STAY HERE !!!

For a little non-chain hotel, this place was great. Small but very welcoming rooms with some higher quality furniture than your average Holdiay inn. Great Staff, very affordable price and close to highway and main locations. Highly recommend this place for 1 or2 people during travel or work. Awesome .

My husband and I stayed here on 3/16/2024 for the St. Patrick's Day Celebration in Savannah. We paid extra for an early check in for a "non smoking" room.They placed a security hold on our card. There were no damages an we do not smoke. Was told the deposit would be put back on the card within 3 business days. 1 week went by I called to inquire about our deposit, was told we smoked in the room and when I told her we don't smoke she says it must be damages then. She proceeded to say the owner would get back to me this past Wednesday and never did. I called today to be told that we smoked in the room, and had the phone hung up in my face. Very rude, unprofessional and a lack of compassion for their customers. With everything being so ridiculously high, why would I jeopardize our hard working money over foolishness. DO BETTER MULBERRY INN!!!🔥🔥🔥
