Everyone was nice, customer service is good. This hotel definitely has great potential. The location is great, literally in the middle of Savannah and close to everything. The price is wonderful on a regular day. The downside of this hotel is that when it’s a holiday the prices are super jacked up and not worth the price at all. I understand an increase in prices but this should definitely go according to the hotel so 96$ a night not including taxes is a rip off giving the condition of the hotel. Me and my family stayed here for about a little over two months and there was a pretty bad roach infestation. The first night we stayed there were roaches crawling all over the bathroom floor, walls, getting inside the fridge. We are not nasty people by far, we kept our room clean and cold, but they still would be everywhere. We decided to leave since they started to get so bad and were just simply were not paying $100+ for one night for Valentine’s Day. Upon leaving the roaches have followed us. They were all in my baby’s toys, threw those out, all in our bags etc. So I don’t recommend taking any personal belongings in that can carry them. I believe once they remodel and get the infestation down to a minimum this would be a great hotel for the price and location.

I wish I saw reviews b4 I booked. Bn sleeping in my vehicle the last few days to avoid paying for "affordable" hotels. I always get so dissapointed. The smell is awful...thought it was some kinda cigarette smell....I reported and the lady brushed it off as normal smell...I have spent the whole afternoon spraying bugs. They are crawling everywhere....I reported that I spotted some as soon as I came here, she said she needed me to show her. Bugs hide when spotted. Poor customer service....wondering what the deposit is for. I will sleep awake coz dont know what other bugs are there....I do NOT recommend. Do they even read this reviews. Do they care The TV keeps glitching..

I had to buy bug spray and spray for bed bugs. Lady at the front desk is rude and has no guest relations. Linens are dirty and need to be replaced. I had to clean the room so that I could get rid of the stank odor of the room. Housekeeping was nice but they only have two. They are overworked. The building needs to be painted properly. If you want bugs by all means stay at this location.

Overall a fine place to stay. Worried at first because of all the bug reviews but didn’t see any in our room. The staff was very friendly and it was a nice and quiet sleep. Not high end but comfortable enough for the price

Terrible, terrible, terrible! RUN as fast as you can! Filthy rooms, smells like cockroaches. Filthy linen and bathtub. $50 CASH deposit for what WHO Carries cash anymore Then when we complained about the disgusting room, we were told “There’s nothing wrong with the room.”

Initially, we were supposed to check into a room with one bed, but when we entered it, there were cockroaches running all over the bed — there were a lot of them. Then we were given another room in a different building, but the impression was already ruined because we spent the whole night wondering if there were cockroaches in this room as well.

When i went in to check in at 10 pm. The guy wanted a 50 deposite, cool but it was only cash and we had to run around to find cash. Nowhere does it say that at all. Then the room smelt horrible, then when we went to go check out there is supposedly a comp book I was supposed to sign and low and behold they weren't going to give me my deposit back. Hell of a way to treat your first responders and military personnel. Will be doing what I can to have them removed off of govx.com

This nasty, in poor shape hotel DONT BE THE NEXT VICTIM..First of all upon arrival building needs repairs,the door to office was so dirty I felt reluctant to touch it, opened door and moldy ,dirty smell about made me sick..We had come from Florida due to the violent hurricane Milton ,I had paid online looked decent in pictures ,I didn't have much choice online i couldn't find any others in florida and past Atlanta Georgia..so the front desk clerk had the look of a meth addict or some kind of drug,it matched the people hanging around ..I arrived early and I couldn't have my room early which was OK .i went and had lunch and she wouldn't even sign me in..I was not greeted nicely .the only thing she said was I need a $50 deposit in cash which isn't right since I already paid online ..$110.00..it was only my husband and I..so deposit for what? We did leave and paid for a room at the hilton.thank goodness they had a very beautiful luxury room...even if you don't stay, there is no refund ..please avoid this place..I'd rather sleep in my vehicle.. this place is a rat hole..for the price you can get something decent and be treated pleasantly...
