was driving by this little place saw fried chicken and line a drive thru decided to stop glad i did. got fried chicken and fried green tomatoes. so good so hot!

Never had a issue till today. Order gizzards combo. The kid that took my payment at drive through brought out my food but no drink. Told him I'm supposed to get sweet tea. He went back in about 5 minutes I went in he is coming from the back I asked if he forgot my sweet tea and he said he did. Well I guess I should of checked food before coming home because was no fries. I guess it's all because he got high because he seemed a little off.

Picture it, your Mom is in ICU on a ventilator. You haven't been home in 2 weeks. You take a chance and head home on a Friday night. You're going by your FAVORITE chicken place and LOVE the chicken dumplings, so you stop. The order: 2 orders of dumplings and 4 grilled chicken tenders. You go straight home, in Thomaston, and get nestled in to watch boxing, snuggle your pup, and everyone gets to eat! The top order of dumplings melted the bottom order of dumplings lid. Then you realize the first order of dumplings was really all that was left. So, they divided it into two orders and either added water or broth to stretch it out. It wasn't fit for our pup or any beast. We were angry, disgusted, and emotional because we've been through enough and needed a hot meal in our tummies. The grilled chicken was assaulted, I mean salted to death. We just didn't have the energy or brain power to call anyone. It was late, and that meant we had to go out again and get another dinner. We are beyond disappointed and upset that ANYONE thought this was a good choice to serve someone. Please have properly trained staff who genuinely care about serving people only the best and safely handled, cooked food. We may not ever return to our favorite chicken spot.

my Mom is fighting for her life. I decided that you and our community need to know what our experience was here because talking is too hard sometimes. My oxygen helps me greatly, but it's especially a struggle now. I hope you can reassure all of us that this particular service and food is not your norm and that you'll actually address this with your staff. As you know, one bad experience (followed by a disappointing response) is all it takes to change someone's mind. We appreciate you and your restaurant, but some things are unacceptable. You know it, and I know it. Help make it right without needing my phone call.

Some people still know how to fry chicken. And the service was super, no weird vibes here.and they actually had some good sweet tea..

My wife and I came in today and ordered an eight piece chicken with a vegetable platter and a caramel cake slice for dessert. The chicken was fried very crispy and it was served hot so it was fresh out of the grease was very enticing looking but when we’ve been into it, we found it to taste, very salty and very little of the flavor except for a head of pepper, the veggie platter, which consisted of some fried mushrooms Butter beans and green beans was OK but nothing to write home about. The caramel cake was very tasty. That was the best part of our visit, except it was slightly too small. I would’ve paid for a bigger slice, all in all our experience was OK but we probably won’t be back except maybe for the wings. Also, the dining experience was a little annoying because the door in the front slams close every time someone comes in or out of the establishment.

We always get the best food and service. The people are always pleasant and greet you with a smile. The chicken strips are amazing and so is the slaw. Great people, Great food, and Great prices.

Big Chic usually has great food, friendly staff, fast service. They actually have really great salads. HOWEVER the salad I got yesterday was extremely old. Everything else we ordered was good.

I would advise never to go between 8-9 pm (closes at 9). I've had a few good meals here, seems all they have late are left over fried chicken that's tough and almost impossible to chew, and left over fries (I asked for fried okra but they said all they had were fries). When I go somewhere that this happens, I generally never return as a customer. I get that you have high-schoolers working and they want to go home at 9, but you should leave one fry vat open, and one side of the grill hot.
