We visited with a large group of friends a week or so ago and could not have had a better experience! Everyone was so pleasant and professional and went out of their way to make us feel welcome🤗. We would definitely stay again! The breakfast was hot. The entire place so clean and beautiful! The fireplace and gazebo out back were such a nice touch and very relaxing! Truly a wonderful place to unwind

I was here last weekend with a large group of friends. We were greeted warmly and with a smile. I can only say positive comments about the staff and the hotel. They were very accommodating as to any needs we had and always pleasant. The hotel and surroundings were clean and the view was beautiful. We truly had a wonderful time here.

Me and my family are staying for several months due to a house fire and the manager niel and his staff are the best! So professional and ready to help in any way to make your stay the best ever. Great breakfast buffet and the VIEW is spectacular. I recommend staying here every chance u get i know we will!!!!

My husband and I came to Warm Springs, Georgia to celebrate our wedding anniversary and was extremely happy to have stayed at the Aiden by Best Western Warm Springs Hotel. The hotel property was clean and immaculate and the views were stunning. Our hotel room was nice, very quiet and relaxing, and we had a view of the gorgeous gazebo and mountains. The hotel staff and Nilay, the front desk coordinator, was always warm and welcoming and friendly and offered us complementary food snacks. The breakfast had good coffee, tea, juice, milk, with selection of eggs, meats, oatmeal, grits, breads, and bagels. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Well appointed facility! Very clean and friendly front desk clerk. The room is EXCELLENT. Beds extremely well dressed and comfortable. The pillows stuffed perfectly and font collapse when leaning or sleeping on them. Sheets are crisp and cool. The room is immaculate and boasts coffee maker, microwave, hairdryer and undercounted refrigerator! Lots of unpacking space, drawers and closet. Desk with excellent lighting for study, reading or computing. The bathroom is very clean and organized with a wonderful barn door closure. We loved our room and stay here. ||The clerk at the front desk, Nilay, was very friendly, informative, professional, well dressed and helpful. He explained everything clearly and not condescending. Fresh in today world in the service industry. He always greeted us with a smile and soft voice. Nilay represents the Best Western family very well.

Skylar was fantastic! Place was lovely! Fantastic view! Skylar was very nice and helpful. She provided great information about the area. We were visiting friends so it was our first here. Did not know such a nice place was close to us. We fell in love with the place.

Love this hotel. Very beautiful views and rooms. Be sure to book a room with a balcony on the second floor. Has nice mountain back drop. Room was very clean. The front desk clerks were amazing as well. Nilay checked me in and even though I arrived later in the night he was so helpful and calm.
As a female I felt very safe at all times. Enjoyed this hotel. Will book again when I have to come back to the area.

Hotel is away from everything which to me made it more relaxing especially since I live in the city.

The hotel has many outdoor areas to sit, talk and/or play board games (we brought). The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. We were there with large group of teens for a competition and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was surprisingly good. We really enjoyed the cinnamon rolls. It is a r nice hotel in an unexpected place. We will definitely stay there again.
