This is the best hidden gem in the Pine Mountain Warm Springs area. We stayed in the single Inn room, which was absolutely perfect for myself and my Gf. The room was very clean. The girl at the front desk was really nnice.the property is really clean and in order. If you've ever been to North Ga or TN with the cabin properties, this is like that. Very quiet. I've stayed in a lot of hotels as most ppl have, and I can say this is by far the best I have ever stayed in. I would 10/10 recommend this place esp the Inn rooms which was my experience. This place has gained a customer for life. I will never stay at any other hotel or property. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You won't regret it. Thank you, guys, for everything. Also, just another thing it was actually cheaper to book through the property website vs. booking.com or Expedia

Spent my honeymoon in cabins 21 years ago, so it's a tradition for me and my husband. My favorite cabins were #1 Creekside and Mountain Love. Cabins always clean, jacuzzi always works except for 1 cabin I won't mention because I don't wanna remember, that that was my only bad experience after 20+ years. Soooo, peaceful, takes a year of stress off of me every visit. Can't wait until our next visit. Creekside is my #1 love. I'm not sure if Mountain Love is still there or available. Left this review bc I'm fantasizing when I can come back. 💜

Room was nice and clean and cozy warm. The view was awesome and the front office personnel was very nice. Gave 4 stars due to them not thinking about putting us in a room that wasn't around barking dogs since the walls are very thin. Might want to think about that when booking folks without pets would be best. And be sure to ask what level they are putting you on. We assumed by the online photos we would be ground level and unfortunately we had two flights of steps with rolling luggage 🧳that was unfortunate not even having wheelchair access if needed, But all and all nice place to stay. 🫠

This place was just ok. Nothing fancy. The room was not very clean and we ordered towels after the first day and they came still wet and one had a stain on it. The hot tub was inoperable and apparently housekeeping didn't think they needed to clean it because it was very dirty. The location was nice and it was beautifful scenery but if your looking for something really nice, check out somewhere else.

Cozy little rustic cabin with all the basic needs for the perfect getaway. Peaceful surroundings and beautiful mountainous views, especially watching beautiful sunsets from the balconies. Tried to book online but had to call to complete the process. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Simple clean room. No frills but not needed as we spent most of the time outdoors. Extremely close to the Pine Mountain Trail and Warm Springs. Beautiful country drive and lovely people. We will be back soon!

Water bugs. Leaking tub flowing through the ceiling into the kitchen. Air conditioning didn’t work very well. The receptionist was nice, but no remedies were offered. We stayed at the “Three Sisters” cabin. Hopefully they will get the problems resolved.

Staff was friendly and attentive. The room we had, had a great view of the mountains. The room itself seems run down and not taken care of. The front of the heater/ a/c was falling off and kept falling off the whole trip, which was dangerous for our toddler. The blinds in the room didn't work because the string system was broken. The bath room had mold in it, the shower curtain was moldy, and the corners had dirt and hair in them. The floor in the room was also dirty, as all our socks turned black. When these issues were brought up, no one tried to offer a flotation or transfer us rooms. TV was a smart t.v to it had plenty of apps to use. No extra towels or trash bags were stocked in the room. Had to go to office and get more.
