There are places that you randomly stop in that you don't realize that you were missing in life. We thoroughly enjoyed stopping at the brewery and grill. The owners were just fantastic to talk with. The beverages were outstanding and the food was delicious. We tried the smash burger and Cuban and WOW they were fantastic. Possibly the best Cuban in Georgia - no joke... If you have not tried these two locations, and you are within 30 miles, you are simply missing a real deal hidden gem. Give them a try ASAP. You absolutely won't regret it! So good ..

Food was fantastic, this is one of the best burgers I’ve had and the fries were delicious as well. I love the atmosphere and there’s a brewery next door as well can’t get much better than that. I definitely recommend and want to keep coming back to try everything on the menu

This restaurant is in the boxcar next to the brewery! Brilliant! You'd think that you couldn't get good food on a train, and you'd be wrong! We got the Bordeaux burger and it was so good! The fries were amazing as well! They have a little wine bar at the opposite side of the kitchen, and they serve some local wines and some ciders from Reece's cidery up the street. If you are looking for some good beer, good food and some relaxing time outdoors, this is the spot!

Hands down best food and atmosphere in the county! The owners have done an amazing job of creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for families! The food was delicious, all grass fed beef and house made sauces! It’s connected to brewery so it’s perfect to grab a bite and a brew and explore the little town! Very reasonably priced as well. Try the garlic parm wings and country bumpkin

One of the better burgers I've had in a while. We ordered food in the restaurant and a cider at the bar, then went next door to Talking Rock Brewery to eat and have a pint. This little spot is a great addition to the area, and the food is fantastic.

Excellent new burger joint downtown Talking Rock. The atmosphere is really fun with music and sometimes trivia night. You can sit outside and enjoy the nice weather and scenery outside the remodeled vintage train. The burgers were fantastic and french fries were amazing! They made their ranch from scratch. Everything was extremely well done. Will definitely come again

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! Whenever I travel out of my usual area, I always look up "Mom & Pop" places to eat along the way. Boxcar Grill was on my route this time, so i popped on in. Great remodels of train cars right there in town w/ one being a brewery, the other a diner. I had a double bacon smash cheeseburger, fries w/ ranch (for dippin), & a sweet tea. The folks were very friendly & my food was excellent!! If you're a cheeseburger head like me, you will not be disappointed! Delicious seasoning of burger with flavorful bacon, perfectly cooked funky-shaped fries, & awesome homemade ranch for my fry dippin (it has a heavily guarded secret recipe... i tried to get it, but with no success XD )... I will definitely go back... even if it is way out of my way!
