Stopped here today for lunch while we were visiting Ball Ground. Very clean and inviting restaurant. Big plus! My husband had the brisket sandwich with fried okra and I had the BBQ pork sandwich with fried okra. They were both DELICIOUS! Meat was tender and smoked to perfection. Okra was so good, too! Great service, as well! We hope to visit, again!

Our first time here since Davis Roundtable ran it. The only thing left from original owners are the table and chairs. It’s been completely remodeled.

I had the 1/2 lb pork plate with okra, baked beans and Texas toast. It was all good. I didn’t have to use BBQ sauce to flavor the meat. It had some smoke and bark.

My wife had the small BBQ pork plate with Mac-n-cheese. She enjoyed hers as well.

The servers are young and did pretty well. My only suggestion is to keep the servers assigned to a certain area. Ours was working both sides of the restaurant. Taking away from his attentiveness. He did good considering.

The bathrooms were clean and a one horse stall. We will be back for sure.

Just had BBQ1 for a quick lunch and I was very impressed. Pulled pork was good, with nice smoke ring and good flavor. Prices are very fair. Facility is nice and clean. Highly recommend trying it.

Excellent small plate of BBQ (don’t let the “small” fool you - it was a ton of food!). My fried okra came out hot and crispy. Mac and cheese was excellent. $10 a plate is the best price around!

Past this a few times so we stopped in today for lunch and it was awesome! Not on the main drag, but we were glad to find a good restaurant closer to home. We both had a brisket sandwich. I had the mac and cheese - great!

Very enjoyable meal, with nearly-perfectly smoked brisket, pulled pork, and sides of cole slaw and baked beans. The meats were tender and moist, with just the right amount of smoke and seasoning. The sauce wasn’t necessary, but it tasted very well balanced and was nice to have on the side. The collards, Mac and Cheese, and cornbread were also flavorful and delicious. Nice to have this place nearby!

Stopped in for lunch. The food (brisket, mac-n-cheese, Brunswick stew and Texas toast) was excellent. Portion was large, price was very good. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. Best BBQ in Jasper area.
