This hotel is beautiful and has a unique style. The guest area has stairs and a fireplace area. The guest rooms are huge with a separate sitting area. They have a nice continental breakfast with eggs, waffle maker and also pastries and cereal. It's a beautifully decorated kitchen style room. It's located across from major shopping!

Room was clean with comfy beds and nice included continental breakfast. Most impressive was honesty: I left an electronic device plugged in to the room and they found it and shipped it back to me when I called almost a week later!

Minor problems which could easily be repaired - live bug in bathroom, slight odor to room, end of office chair arm broken, very low toilet. Breakfast was good and included bacon, eggs, variety of muffins and fruit among other items. No one at front desk in morning.

The room was very clean and quiet. But if you’re under 5’4” you’ll have trouble getting into the very high beds! Our room, 218, had 2 TVs one of which worked! The one in the comfortable couch area hadn’t worked in a long time…..looked like everyone had tried everything to make it work! The breakfast area is nice except for it’s so dark! Check in was fine.

Just stayed here after the hurricane went through by 3 weeks. The rooms were a bit needing repair. The desk chair I sat in, the back almost fell off, it needed a bolt and the other 3 needed to be tightened. The sink handle when lifted fully leaked water out at you. It was a rust issue, needs to be replaced. On the good side, the beds were soft and looked clean. The carpet looked clean and vacuumed. The location is a bit odd and hard to find. SAFETY NOTE - the driveway has a nasty 15" drop off on one side, thank god I had a rental car or I would have been pissed. Nothing like leaving early in the morning and falling off the world, and tossing your coffee across the car.

We stayed 3 nights in King Suite and every one was great! The staff was very helpful and room was clean, had everything we needed, bathroom was large, well appointed room w/2 TVs. Breakfast was nice but breakfast room TV wasn't on during stay. We wanted to keep up with weather and the room TV package didn't have the Weather Channel included. We had planned to stay longer but Hurricane Helene was coming and needed to get home to prepare. Really nice stay!

If I could give zero stars I would. We stayed 3 nights and all 3 nights our key card would not work. We have to wait over 3 hours for a manager to come let us in our room. I highly recommend not staying at this hotel. OH, and the rooms do not have smoke detectors.

I was a little worried to stay at this hotel because I typically prefer a nice room at a Hyatt. The reviews were a bit mixed, but I decided to take my chance.

The gentleman at the front desk is so sweet, kind, and helpful. He even remembered it was my mother’s birthday and came over to her during the second day of our stay and told her happy birthday.

We just had a basic double queen room(214), for myself, mother, and 2 kids. I worked in the hotel industry so the first thing I always check are the sheets and beds. Everything in our room was great. Clean sheets, headboards, pillows. I even bring my own cleaning supplies because it makes me feel better knowing it’s clean. And I got little to no dirt and dust. I was very impressed to say the least. I always wear shower shoes- but if I was a person that showered barefoot I would definitely invest in a pair. The shower mat was extremely nasty.

They have a really great spread for breakfast considering it’s such a small hotel. Everyone in the family found something to eat both days we were there. They even leave the breakfast area open so if you want a bowl of cereal at 2am you can go grab one 🙂

My kids were super excited to swim, but upon arrival and further investigation we decided the pool was too nasty to get in. The area around it was quite dirty and the pool itself looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time.

Also my microwave caught on fire while we were here. My mother went to microwave wave a cup of coffee in a regular paper cup. Less than a second after hitting start the microwave started sparking and smoking! Hopefully it was just some idiot that stayed in the room before us putting something in there that didn’t belong. But just in case watch your microwave for a few seconds before walking away.

Once again amazing staff especially the young man at the front desk. He is literally there day and night he needs to sleep more!
