First time visit and on a Friday evening, got seated immediately. The table has a dirty dish on it and the waitress took it off but when I asked if someone could wipe the table off I was told someone already did and someone just left a dirty plate on it. (Which is why I asked if it could be cleaned off in the first place)
Food took a few minutes to come out. It was very warm and there was plenty of food. The fajita skillet was about 200° and the fajita flour tortilla shells were about 145° when they arrived at the table. The waitress was very good, polite, friendly and attentive. Refills on beverages were without prompting. I'd go back again.

My experience at Margaritas was great! I came with a rowdy bunch of friends who had no idea what to order, and Hunter H was very patient and friendly!! I hope he’s our server again next time. Thanks for the excellent service Hunter!!

We absolutely loved the delicious food shrimp burritos the quac was chunky and amazing it came with crunchy pita chips! The music was great ! The margarita was delicious i definitely will come back!!

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the food itself was decent, the service left a lot to be desired. Throughout my meal, I made an effort to be polite and appreciative—saying “thank you” numerous times—but not once did I receive a “you’re welcome” or any kind of acknowledgment. It felt like the server was constantly rushing, placing our dishes down abruptly and walking away before we could even ask for simple things like an extra napkin.

I understand some people believe that customers who order water might not tip well, but I’m not one of them. I simply prefer water, and it shouldn’t affect how I’m treated as a paying customer. The moment I mentioned I’d be sticking to water, the server’s friendly demeanor vanished. Suddenly, she became distant and cold, barely checking in on us throughout the meal.

At one point, we needed refills and some basic condiments, but our server was nowhere to be found. Another waiter, who noticed we were struggling to get attention, stepped in to fill our glasses. Eventually, after waiting far too long, our server reappeared—only to drop off the check and vanish again, making it clear she was done engaging with us.

Overall, I left feeling unwelcome and undervalued. Good service is about more than delivering plates; it’s about common courtesy and attention to customers’ needs. Unfortunately, that’s not what I experienced here. I hope management addresses this issue, because the restaurant’s atmosphere and food were nice enough to deserve better service.

My family & I had a great time at margaritas tonight! The food was delicious, the music was awesome, & our server was amazing! Hunter H was the best server I’ve ever had there! Hands down! Can’t wait to request him next visit!

I was here Saturday night and my server Hunter was spectacular! I've never has such outstanding service, especially not here, but Hunter sure did change my mind about this place. I would definitely sacrifice having to eat less quality food to experience his waiter skills again. Server 5 stars everything else less than stellar.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! This used to be my favorite restaurant. Food was good always. But now the food is terrible and when a friend and myself went, the quality has fallen way below what a good restaurant looks like. At first, we were gonna leave without taking the “ Leftovers” But then we realized the food was horrible. Why take leftovers home that we’re not gonna eat and then to add insult to injury why are we paying for nasty food? To top it all off Through three people to get our money back for food that was nasty and they gave us stipulations on specifically what we’re supposed to do. For example, if we found that in the first two bites of food, we found the food to be nasty. We were supposed to Contact our waitress and let her know before we finished a third of our nasty food that it was nasty so they can bring us some more nasty food yeah NO ! not a good idea. Then the manager recorded me complaining and mission the fact that we obviously weren’t the only ones that found a food nasty because it’s 8 o’clock on a Friday night and we saw at least 10 empty seats on our side. The waitress herself talked about how people complained about the quality of the food. As we were leaving, we saw several other patrons Who were merely just “picking” at their food. My son said he had a similar experience with the same margaritas franchise on Watson Boulevard. I know some people may just be trying to get a free meal, but my friend holds a Doctorate degree and I myself am Retired Military AND a Retired Teacher . I didn’t need a free meal and neither did she! DINERS BEWARE!!!

I always enjoy myself at this establishment. The food is pretty good. I have had better but it is pretty decent. The drinks are made very well. Not what it down like some places. The atmosphere is nice and they have plenty of TVs to watch sports. A nice establishment to go to in the afternoon or in the evening.
