Let’s go firehouse, you need to get together. I come to Perry quite often and usually try to grab a sub from one of my favorite places. However, this store has lost a customer after the last several trips. You are always out of the basic materials and it has taken close to 30 minutes the last three times I have visited the drive through to get my order. Hope you improve and I might consider coming back.

We placed about 20 orders online for a soccer team coming from out of town. The orders were very organized and pickup was very fast, seamless, and easy. It was important that we got in and out quickly and this was the fastest pickup order we have ever experienced compared to all the other sub places we have visited such as jimmy johns and subway. They were very friendly at the Perry, GA location and I was very happy with our visit. The food was also delicious and all my players said they would love to go back to a Firehouse Subs rather than the other sub places.

Really Firehouse? Out of basic produce? When I suggested to the manager that Kroger was next door and they had lettuce and tomatoes there, he told me that he wasnt allowed to leave the store and he would have to spend his own money to buy stock and he wasn't going to do that. All the servers were friendly, but shouldn't your managers have a dress code? He looked SO unprofessional. I would be embarrassed to work here. What happened? I gave you a great rating last time, but now I don't think I will be back. And what is wrong with your drive thru? It has been closed forever. There were more employees than customers in the store so couldn't someone at least wipe down a table? And when was the last time that floor saw a mop?
Update: opinion still the same. Will never eat there again, which is a shame...

We just had a great experience here. After traveling all morning we placed an online order so we could swing through and pick up. I had to call and customize one of our orders and they were gracious and willing to meet my daughter’s needs. Our order was ready in a timely manner and we were greeted with great southern customer service throughout our time inside.

The drive thru is never serviced. They don't have a sign saying it's closed and they have a BIG open sign on the front door. Every time I go I have to go inside to order and there's never hardly anyone in the store. Maybe two employees and they act like they're doing you a favor to take your order. Officially close the drive through or hire enough people to manage it.

Although I usually enjoy this restaurant, this particular location was not up to snuff. I understand that you have to have staff meetings, but they forgot my toddlers Mac n cheese and we had to ask for it twice. We were obviously not a priority. All the high chairs were damaged and our 8 month old nearly fell out of the chair leaving a mark on her neck. I don’t recommend this location.

25 minute wait after ordering online 20 minutes before. Walk in to nobody preparing any food. While 7 other people are already waiting for their orders. Go to the counter to ask for pickup and told "working on it now". So I found the least scum covered table to pick a seat at. Shake the crumbs out of the seat and sit. 25 minutes later and after 2 other groups of people receiving their food, I receive most of the order. Only to get back to the house and realize drinks and cookies were missing. $7 Isn't worth driving 15 more minutes back. Just a heads up of what you're in for, for anyone wondering about the place. Employees were very polite and the food was fine though. Drive thru was also open.

Fully confident the "positive reviews" are friends, employees or paid. Just based on the place being clean at any point in time. I've never seen a firehouse that had clean tables/ chairs. And they're my favorite sub place.
