Wow! This gem is tucked away right off the interstate, but nicely shaded and surprisingly quiet. Well organized and tidy. We used the Georgia horse stable which are on the grounds and the service there was outstanding. The stalls we huge and well bedded. Water was ready. They manager cleaned out our trailer and add more bedding for your trip the next day ! Wow!

This is a good place to stay for a few days while exploring the area.

Pros: Lots of room to walk around; sites aren't too close to each other; kids enjoyed seeing the donkeys and pig; they had a pancake breakfast on Saturday; convenient location; easy to get in and out; nice horse stables.

Cons: Coin operated dryers did not dry clothes (tried two machines with a medium sized load - they weren't even warm after 50 min on high); site not level.

My husband and I spent one night pull through and was So……impressed with this RV park. Sites were spread out in between the trees on hill, water sites. Loved seeing the horses, the stales were so clean. There were so many RV sites we were wondering where they all came from and where they are going . Getting a text with all the information and password was very much appreciated: Thank you

Very nice campground with level sites and FHU. The ladies shower was thoughtfully designed, so the changing area stayed dry. The lakefront sites are very pretty. Being able to reserve online was nice. We were very happy with our one night stay at Fair Harbor.

The service was fantastic. The barn manager met us and cleaned and rebedded our trailer while we were getting the horses settled! Super nice, safe stabling and the horses loved the run outs from their stalls. Everything was very clean and our dogs loved the dog park. Highly recommended!

This place was amazing. Beautiful views, we were the animals, love to pet and visit with them, my grandchildren loved it. They have a dog park area which is nice. So quiet, peaceful. Very friendly staff and owners. Will visit again love the place.

Fair Harbor RV park is one of the nicest RV parks I have stayed at, and I have stayed at plenty. The management are wonderful- friendly and helpful, and are dog friendly. There is a dog park and lots of lovely picturesque grounds to walk with your dogs, and they have poop stations situated throughout the park. There is a big pond with a couple of resident ducks, and they stock the pond for fishing. They also have a clean, well kept barn for those travelling with horses! And the park has some resident goats and a donkey family. The restrooms are clean and kept updated with excellent water pressure. They have separate bath houses for men and women and some single bathrooms, and an updated laundry room. They have a big clubhouse people can rent for get- togethers or events. It is very close to the Georgia National Fairgrounds. Perry has a nice quaint downtown shopping area, and other shopping areas are close by. They are family friendly and there is a kid playground area. I was very happy to stay there- (been there twice for a couple of months each). Best place to stay!!!

This is a great location near the fair grounds. The staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed in a cabin. It was super cute and had all the essentials. Bathhouse was close by. Bed was comfy. Towels smelled so good:) Loved it!
