This hotel is very run down and way too overpriced for the condition it is in and for what it is for. An extended stay for people who don't have a home and they are charging way too much. The room it's was OK, I had 3 cockroaches and a spider, I know bugs are a thing everyone gets, but that is a lot for a tiny room. None of the sheets fit the beds properly, and there are holes in them. The pillows smelled like BO. Wall outlets were not at all safe. What I plugged in the plug part got extremely hot when I took it out. The shower had a dent in the bottom, so when I used it, it felt as if I may fall in a hole once it gave out. The stove burners were broken, and I had a dead cockroach on the kitchen area floor that wasn't ever cleaned by the staff, so they don't seem to clean everything. I had a new TV in my room I was told by the manager who then decided to remove it and he replaced it with a broken one that had a line down the front the volume didn't work and I had to unplug the TV to turn it off. In the whole hotel only one ice machine worked and it was on the second floor that smells like mold very badly. The staff was very friendly and super sweet. They have a tiny little community there, and that is nice and was great to be around. The hotel itself was not. They also have a price posted in the room for how much the room is, nightly, weekly, and monthly the management told me it was not the correct price and ended up charging me alot more then the posted price. Still, he was super nice and let me have a late check out. I'm just not very honest or decent about prices. If a price is posted, that is what it should be. If that is an old price, then remove it from the room and correctly update it.

This was our first stay at a Suburban Extended Stay Hotel. We spent two nights.....||It was nice having a cooking area especially with a full refrigerator, stove top and a dishwasher! It was really nice to be able to sit at a table and eat!! Place settings for two, pots and pans, dish soap (regular and dishwasher) were provided.||Both wings had their own laundry facilities at least on the first floor. We don’t know about the second floor. Each had two washers and dryers. ||The bed was comfortable. However the pillows were tiny so it was a positive that there were four of them!||The only negative about the room was the bathroom and vanity lights were connected. The bathroom light couldn’t be used as a nightlight without the vanity being on and shining on the bed.||The other negative......it is a pet friendly hotel....maybe a bit too friendly. The side yard which had a grill but no picnic table was full of dog poop. And I mean full! I’m a responsible person and carry poop bags.....everyone should! This was really disgusting!||We definitely will watch out for other Suburbans!

The rooms are inexpensive but they have not been renovated in a very long time. My room still had a tube television. The room was, however, clean and well kept. If you are just looking for a cheap room to rest in, this place is good for that. It doesn't feel rundown, the rooms have kitchenette and a small dining area. Great value for the price.

The only good thing about this establishment was the front desk clerk. She was a sweetheart. The place was dirty. The tub and shower we're not clean. The floors in bathroom and kitchenette were dirty. Toilet did not refill every time you flushed it. Refrigerator was dirty and had hairs in it. Cost $76.00 to stay here. Steer clear!

I rented this hotel for one night because I wanted to have the possibility to cook a small diner as my family and I were tired of restaurants. The concept is good since it is advertised as having a kitchenette. Paris, the lady at the front desk was very nice and efficient, so the check in was good. Unfortunately it stopped there. As we went to our room on the 2nd floor we were surprised to find 3 big garbage bags to the right of the door, as soon as we entered we were aggressed with a foul smell combined with cigarette smell(we had a non smoking room). The room was filthy, cig. holes on the sofa chair which was also stained in several place, the small table between the beds was all sticky, all the dishes were gross, the coffee maker had a lot of burned stains on the warming plate. There was very few sockets to be used and half of them didn't work. The wifi was mostly non existent. i could go on and on...

This hotel was disgusting. As soon as we walked in it reeked like pot! The front desk girl was on her phone lounging on a chair down the hall. She finally came to the desk and checked us in meanwhile answering texts. It was 10:30 at night and we had been driving since 5am If it wasn't so late we would NOT have stayed. The hallways were filthy. There were towels lying outside of rooms. Our room had no toilet paper, the chairs were on top of the tables, the room smelled moldy. The next morning, there were 4 girls at the desk doing nothing. The doors and windows were filthy. We wondered why they weren't cleaning, vacuuming, etc. DISGUSTING.

This place is disgusting. Rooms are saturated in cigarette smoke, sheets have stains!!! towels are old, bathtub and rugs look like someone's been murdered.
Lots of people basically living there and not respecting quiet time after 11pm. Was hard to get to sleep. Checked out immediately the next morning.
Staff was very nice, but that's about it.
Choice hotels should be embarrassed to represent this place.
