While the food particularly the B1 Shrimp Boil is consistently excellent and deserves recognition, the customer service is severely lacking and needs immediate attention.

The young lady at the grocery counter demonstrates poor customer service skills. She avoids eye contact, seems distracted, and shows no sense of urgency or attentiveness toward customers. This kind of behavior gives the impression that customers are an inconvenience rather than a priority.

Equally concerning is the complete lack of engagement from the staff in the back. There are no greetings, no acknowledgment just silence. It creates an uncomfortable and uninviting atmosphere that makes customers feel unwelcome.

Customer service is often the deciding factor in whether people choose to return to a business. No matter how good the food is, if the service doesn’t improve, it’s hard to see this business succeeding long-term as it already has been taking over 3x.

Additionally, the atmosphere needs a serious update. A more inviting space, paired with professional and friendly service, would go a long way in encouraging customer loyalty and word-of-mouth growth.

Without swift improvements, this business risk losing customers who, like me, come not just for the food but for a positive overall experience.

I would have given this place 5 stars but my boiled crawfish was just nasty. No seasoning whatsoever although they were a beauty. They were dry and seemed to have been cooked previously. Remind you I paid $47 and some change. 🥲 On a good note, customer service from the young lady was really good. The fried seafood plate was really good but I ate it before I could provide pic. I also ordered the black mussels which were also surprisingly good.

Unfortunately, it seems like NO ONE is supervising this restaurant?
Food quality is the lowest I have seen so far.
I ordered gumbo, fried cat fish, fries and rice.
Gumbo: A hot water mix of spices. No meat, no sausage, a tea spoon of rice and three shripms.
Cat fish: half fried. Someone took the fish out of fryer too early.
Rice: were micro-waved to so long that rice left mark on foam food container.
I am out of words. We spent $36, and received $2 worth of service.
I hope, if there is any food quality manager, he/she try their own food and make some seriously needed improvements.
It is sad but it is the truth.

The food taste great. Fried shrimp is perfectly breaded and flavored. Grilled snapper was great. The seafood gumbo is the best in the area. Can't wait to try other dishes.

I had never been here before and almost mistook it for closed due to the overgrown grass and shrubs in the drive thru but I took my chances and was surprised. The food was cooked to order so it was hot and also seasoned well. My husband had the whiting with corn and broccoli and that also did not disappoint. Great food, just mow the grass more regularly

My wife and I visited this location for the first time, and we were really impressed! First, don't let the appearance of the place fool you—it's well worth trying. We ordered online and picked up our food, and when we arrived, the gentleman at the counter made sure everything was perfect by showing us our order and ensuring it looked just right. Once we got home, we were thrilled with how delicious the food was! We're so glad we decided to give it a try, despite initial impressions. This will definitely be a new favorite spot for us!

First time here and the seafood and broccoli were delicious, however, our corn was chewy. That said the place was very clean and the cashier was helpful in our decision making. We will certainly order again.

I am beyond disappointed and disgusted , maybe a little pissed for what I paid !
