The check-in process was straightforward and efficient. However, a significant issue arose due to the elevator being out of order during our stay, and our accommodations were located on the second floor. The hallways were uncomfortably warm, and the carpet appeared to have not been thoroughly cleaned in years. This posed a challenge for the elderly women in our group, as navigating the stairs was difficult for them. Upon entering the room, I found my bed to be exceptionally comfortable and cozy. Unfortunately, the bathroom tub had an unsightly rust stain near the drain, which was somewhat bothersome. Additionally, there was a lack of closet hangers and an insufficient supply of towels. Furthermore, I experienced repeated issues with my card becoming demagnetized, requiring multiple visits to the front desk, which was frustrating. Honestly, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone for any occasion. One redeeming aspect was the staff's exceptional politeness and accommodating nature, as they assisted with carrying our bags and offered sincere apologies regarding the elevator situation.

I stayed at this hotel for a family wedding from 3/14-3/16. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that the elevator was not working and would be out for the length of our stay. We had to carry all our luggage up to our second floor rooms. The room we were assigned 213- smelled awful like fish and mold. The sheets were stained. When we turned the AC on the smell intensified. I called the front desk and was given a choice of two other rooms. One smelled worse than the first (this also did not stop them from putting my brother and niece in those smelly rooms the next night) and the second was fine so we stayed in the second room. Again- the blankets were dirty. My son went to use the bathroom and the toilet seat fell off. The nice young man form the front desk came up to fix the toilet seat and told my son it pops off for cleaning, but I can assure you it was filthy under that seat.
My family rented a total of 6 rooms for the weekend. My 83 year old mother (with dementia and a walker) was forced to stay on the 2nd floor as well. Getting her up and down the steps was a huge difficulty and inconvenience. We requested an accessible room for her in advance and were told it wouldn't be a problem to have her on the first floor. That was a lie. We were told no first floor rooms available. I emailed the hotel manager and he called me and told me "we can't put every disabled person on the first floor" I was also told that I should've contacted the front desk about all my concerns- which I did. Manager was supposed to get back to me with some sort of solution and I never heard from him again. He seemed angry that I was not satisfied with my stay. He was very rude and arrogant on the phone. While the housekeeping staff were "cleaning" you could see into their supply room which was also pretty gross with trash and sheets thrown about. There was no organization. This hotel was absolutely disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This hotel is not worth the price. First we were given a room that smelled like cigarette smoke despite the signs that stated they were a smoke free facility. The elevator is not working and the handrails and stairwell doors are falling apart. They were remodeling and laying new carpet which is nice, BUT the workers were working on a room across the hall until 10:30 pm and in the stairwell until 2 am making it very difficult to sleep. We threw our breakfast away because it was cheap and tasteless. Not even real fruit loops but knock offs. The best part is the friendly and responsive staff members who were doing their best. We will tell our company not to use this hotel again, despite the convenient location. Wish we had booked across the street at country inn suites. Anything would have been better. We expect this in 3rd world countries but not the USA.
PS they charged me $3 for a bottle of water!

PRETTY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SO FAR. I requested a room with 2 queen beds and I get 2 full beds with dirty pillow cases a rude ass manager that doesn't care. He states they ran out of queen beds but yet I can still go on the website and it says queens are available. There's not even a option for full size beds on the site! Shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower completely empty and when I went down to get some he had a attitude about it. Plenty of places to go. Don't waste your time. Will never come here again. Horrible beds with couch pillows for my head! Not comfortable at all. The manager Patel sucks. You should loose your job. Thanks for you caring service NOT

I came for a little 2 day stay on a mom-cation. I came looking for a nice, quiet, clean room to relax, unwind, and practice some self care. This ended up being the perfect spot to do just that! Very clean, updated finishes, friendly staff! basic hot/cold breakfasts in the morning, but always has coffee brewed and ready to go around the clock!

Elevator does not work and they did not let me know when i called ahead to verify details of my stay, so the first night we had to tote all of my equipment up the stairs and half way down the hall to get to my room, i am sick with severe breathing issues so this caused me major problems and i had to request a room on the first floor as soon as it was available. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly i believe his name is Vince he helped me get my things to the room the first night and was amazing. But he was the only highlight. The rest of the staff i interacted with were just alright. My car started leaking very badly in the rain and when i requested to leave my car under the awning until the rain stopped so all of my work equipment didnt get wet i was told i had to move my vehicle within the hour, mind you there was plenty of room for other cars to get through and unload and there was a vehicle parked on the other side that has been there well over an hour so it seems like they pick and choose who to be hospitable to so keep that in mind. Breakfast was okay, all the juice was so watered down it was gross but the waffles and little omelet was good. Overall could have been worse but also could have been way better. The only good things were the gentleman that helped me at check in, the rooms were relatively clean and the beds are comfortable with no maintenance issues thus far.

Positive: It was quiet and not full of partying patrons whom keep the rest of us up all night. No road noise from the streets and major highway nearby. Also the location was excellent with plenty of shops, banks and restaurants nearby. Negative: Nothing comes to mind.

Safety and security is a big issue here. The doors to the rooms do not close shut. There is "special trick" to lift the handle up in order to engage the lock. THIS IS NOT NORMAL.

I brought it up to the morning staff and they played it off as not a big deal and did not offer to move me to another room.They stated they would address it but once I got back to my room after the house keepers had left, the door was not closed and anyone could have pushed on the handle to swing it open. Luckily, that didn't happen and our belongings were still there.

On a comfort level, the beds are fine but the pillows in my room are half the size of a normal pillow and not comfortable. The AC unit has heat and cooling but the buttons to pick temperature do not work so you get what the machine gives you.

The shower make a horrible high pitched noise when the diverter is engaged and the craftsmanship is shotty at best. The shower curtain rods have rust on the underside.The exterior sides of the business have trash and the back of the building which is visible from our room, has a direct sightline of a broken AC unit.

How this place has a 4.1 is unbeknownst to me. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE
