I called in a pick up order and was told 30 to 35 minutes. Got there and waited another 40 and still didn’t get anything so we left. This place sucks. Tell all your friends. I’m not giving them any more money. It’s a shame because we loved this place and they used to be really good and hustle. The last three or four times it’s taken hours to get our food. Maybe one day somebody will open up a decent restaurant in Pembroke and keep it that way.

My partner and I love Taco Depot! They have a great menu with so many delicious options. We enjoy going to dine in for the stellar service and lively atmosphere, but our favorite is to order delivery! It is so nice to have a local delivery option. Wait times are reasonable and the food always arrives exactly as ordered. I definitely recommend Taco Depot to anyone looking for great Mexican food in the Pembroke area!

If you offer delivery you should definitely have more than one delivery driver. I ordered food at 7:30, called back at 9 to check to see where food was. Was told it was on the way. 40 minutes went by and I called back and was told again it’s on the way. It didn’t show up until 10pm. I got hard shell tacos so you can imagine what those were like after awhile of waiting.. the driver is the sweetest man and we’ve never had a problem before which is why I left 2 stars. But 3 tacos and mixed nacho over rice and churros for $45 and waiting nearly 2 1/2 hour was insane

I added the photo of the estimated delivery time since it was being questioned 😂 the response is all I needed to know about yall never getting my money again. And it was the fact that instead of saying “we’re running behind” I got “your foods on the way” …. for almost 3 hours? 😂😂😂 I’ll drive to Brooklet or Statesboro 😂😂

The prices on the menu are not the prices they charge! They don’t tell you before you order that the prices are way different than on the menu. When brought to their attention AFTER paying and realizing something wasn’t right, we were told that “they got a new system and there was nothing they could do about it”. We said that that should have been disclosed BEFORE we ordered and the cashier simply said “sorry there’s nothing I can do about it”. Would not recommend!!

Price has surpassed value. Food is good but they have worked in tariff price increases in the last 2 weeks. Side orders went from a cup and a half to a table spoon
Check ypur take out tp make sure you get what your charged.

We visited for the first time and unfortunately it will probably be our last. The prices for non-authenic Mexican food was ridiculous. No rice no beans with burritos extra charge for more chips? The food was hot and looked ok but the taste definitely wasn't there. It was bland and seasonless. The service and atmosphere was good but thats about it.

A little communication goes a long way. Tonight I went to pick up my order that I placed on line like normal at 6:30pm. It says ready in 40mins due to the weather I waited a hour. I walk in and the lady in the brown sweat shirt at the register said nothing. After she finished typing stuff she walked off , she came back to answer the phone and walked off again eventually someone else came in behind me. After TEN MINS a guy says to us who’s next I give my name and say I have a pick up. Next I see him cleaning tables. I’m still calm maybe someone else has it . The same lady in brown sweat shirt comes back with a bag in her hand and gives to someone sitting still she doesn’t say anything then she seats the family that was waiting behind me 😹 The sweet delivery guy comes and I ask him if i could just get an update on my order I get it may be short staffed but no one is helping me. ( now 3 families are behind me in line) he comes back and says my order did not go thru their new system so it was never acknowledged. They could start it now’. Needless to say I now have to cook. It sucks I waited over 20 mins in front of their counter for food that wasn’t even being prepared all. I thank him for at least giving me an update would not recommend… oh you never got my order? Horrible reply

I've tried this restaurant a few(4) times over the last couple of years hoping it changed but it was always disappointing.. the chef doesn't care. The food is a low quality. Grizzle in burritos, left at a table with no food for 40 mins till I walked out. I wish it was different, I could walk there from where I live. Im done giving them chances : (
