If you want to step back in time to an elegant era, stay a while at the McKinnon House Bed and Breakfast. The host is the loveliest, warmest lady we’ve met in a long time; a true Southern belle! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The bed was very comfortable and we slept soundly. Would definitely stay again.

The McKinnon House Bed and Breakfast was a pleasant place to stay with a good breakfast and pleasant people. The house and room was packed with historical nick-knacks and furniture. The two drawbacks were, that we had so many nick-knacks in our room that it looked cluttered and the bathroom was less than convenient with no stand up shower, tiny wash basin, the only mirror over the tub, and one light bulb with a pull chain.

Half way between Asheville NC & Miami FL this was the perfect stop. |Owner/Innkeepers are extremely warm & welcoming, the house is lovely, they serve a full breakfast which was delicious & the bed couldn't be more comfortable. |We will definitely be returning, next time Wed-Sun. |Town drawbacks - Monday, mid December is a day of rest, mostly everything was closed when we arrived at 6:00pm.

A lovely stay in a beautifully decorated home brimming with antiques and charm. A very large bed/sitting room with the most comfortable bed ever! And the hostess could not have been nicer or more hospitable.

The hosts are gracious, the house is filled with art to enjoy, and the breakfast was elegant, healthy, and tasty. This home is located in a lovely neighborhood near downtown Brunswick and it is well suited to strolling.

Ein Besuch lohnt sich. Ist eine Reise in eine andere Zeit. Und Joe ist ein wahres Goldstück. Wer Luxus sucht ist hier falsch- wer etwas besonderes möchte, genau richtig.
