I can’t say enough good things about this place. First off the place is so adorable. Pink walls and pink booths. The decor is so well thought out. The staff is so amazing. The mimosas are the best I’ve ever had. The avocado toast is to die for. Chicken and waffles is amazing and the French toast, Omg!!! It melts in your mouth. The whipped cream is homemade.

Caroline’s in downtown Flowery Branch is a gem that deserves all the love. I’ve been a few times now, and every single visit has been consistent, fresh, flavorful, and just impressive from start to finish.

The location is right in the heart of downtown Flowery Branch, which has been growing fast and becoming a really cute, walkable area. Parking has never been a problem for me—though I typically visit during non-peak hours—but I can imagine it gets busier during prime brunch time. Still, it’s worth the effort.

The inside of Caroline’s is honestly adorable. It has a charm and comfort that feels inviting right away. Great lighting, tasteful art, and very comfortable chairs (I appreciate that as a bigger guy). It feels thoughtful—like someone took their time designing a space that people would actually want to spend time in. Whether you’re there with a significant other, family, or friends, it’s just a great environment to enjoy a slow, delicious morning.

Let’s talk food. The menu is tight, and that’s a great thing. It’s clear they focus on a handful of items and knock them out of the park. Everything I’ve tried so far has been excellent.

My wife can’t get enough of their TK Sandwich: grilled sourdough, lettuce, tomato, Dunes mayo, white cheddar, bacon, egg, and she always adds avocado. It’s balanced, fresh, and that grilled sourdough is crispy perfection.

My first visit, I had their fried chicken & bourbon waffle with bacon jam, brown butter farm egg, maple syrup, and hot sauce foam (don’t worry, it’s flavorful—not spicy). I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s the best chicken and waffles I’ve had. The waffle is soft with just the right hint of sweetness, the chicken is tender and perfectly fried with a thin, crispy crust, and the bacon jam + syrup combo is just magic.

Then came the sweet section. They serve a butter-fried banana bread topped with whipped cream, maple syrup, and fleur de sel. I’m a banana bread fan to begin with, but this is next level. It’s the first time I’ve ever had it fried like this, and it was so good I had to stop myself from eating the whole thing before my meal. A must-try.

On another visit, I tried their fried chicken sandwich—and let me tell you, it’s the best chicken breakfast sandwich I’ve had in the area. Pimento cheese, bacon, Alabama white BBQ, and green tomato chow chow on a grilled brioche bun. It all came together perfectly.

Now, the sides. The crispy potatoes are absolutely incredible. Golden, flavorful, soft inside with a perfect crisp outside—not too crunchy, just right. I forgot to order them the second time and got fries instead, and I was a little bummed… until I tasted the fries. Turns out, Caroline’s also makes some of the best fries around. Flavorful, crispy, not greasy—just delicious.

Caroline’s has quickly become one of my favorite breakfast spots. Everything is7 made with care, the staff is warm and welcoming, and the food is consistently amazing. If you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend stopping by, supporting local, and giving them a well-earned shoutout. I’ll definitely be back (again and again).

Delicious place for breakfast, and specially for girls out time. Gourmet delicious food. Small menu but all plates look gorgeous. Coffee is good. Staff is nice. Easily free Parking around Downton. They have tables outside on the front, where I saw dogs are welcome. It’s a great gastronomic experience. Definitely would be back.

Had the most amazing brunch! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and sat at a table promptly. The ambiance was so cute. Our server Jaden was very personable and accommodating. The beignets were delicious- little pillows of heaven. Loved the chicken and bourbon waffles 🧇. My daughter had the avocado toast and it was wonderful too! My husband had the burger and it was amazing too. If you are in the area this is a must try!!

Ate here a few weeks ago when I was in town visiting my niece. The food was delicious and the server was very attentive. I highly recommend the avocado toast with egg but everything we had was definitely a good choice.

Great little breakfast spot downtown. Service was a little lacking, but they were, also, busy. I had the avocado toast with eggs and crispy potatoes, and it was delicious. The lemon zest combined with the light pepper flakes paired incredibly with the creaminess of the avocado, and the sea salt added that classic savory flavor to top it all off. Couldn't stop eating it. The potatoes were really well done. Nice and crispy outside with a soft inside, and really well seasoned. Not over done. Just enough to keep you coming back for more. I, also, stole a piece of banana bread from my friend. Super good. Not overly rich, well balanced. Overall a really great breakfast. Highly recommend giving them a try. I will definitely be back whenever I am in the area.

Life-changing. The burger? A
masterpiece- pimento cheese, bacon, Chipotle BBQ sauce, mixed greens and peppers all living in perfect harmony. Mine was more well done than I like and the bun was a bit toasty, so l'd suggest ordering it medium for the best experience. The service was top-notch, and as a self-proclaimed coffee snob, I have to say-the vanilla latte was chef's kiss. 10/10, would happily brunch here every weekend.

Breakfast at Caroline's on Main was truly a special experience. First, the outdoor terrace provided a refreshing and cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely morning. The quiet street view added to the serene and relaxed vibe.

The food was fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The bagel topped with smoked salmon and fresh vegetables had a perfect balance of flavors, and the crispy roasted potatoes added a rich and hearty touch. The eggs and bacon were cooked to perfection, making the overall menu selection highly satisfying.

The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had, and I would definitely return for another delightful meal.
