So, so, so good!! Waited almost an hour, which is typical for a lake restaurant. Go early. But sitting out front enjoying the view while waiting with our drinks, was perfect. Bugs are a huge pain, but we survived.

Everyone was super friendly. They put the Braves on the tv for us, huge plus. Our server (didn’t catch her name) was fantastic and on top of every little thing. We had the fish tales app, ahi tuna, and gulf mix basket. All were superb. It’s definitely on the pricey side, but hey: good atmosphere, service, and great food. Highly recommended!

We always have a good time at FishTales. Great atmosphere, great food, you can’t go wrong. We had a larger party (9) on the Friday at 6PM that spring break started and we a 30 minute wait which I felt reasonable for the time. Seems like they’ve added some additional seating this season, which is great! As always, the kids love the sandbox & views of the lake - just wish they had call ahead seating.

Olivia W. was our server. She was so sweet & accommodating. It was my first time all the way from Warner Robins GA! Our kids had so much fun in the sand & the food was amazing! Give our girl her prize! ❤️

Fantastic spot by the lake. Great grouper appetizer and fish tacos. Also very delicious sweet potato fries. Mayo on the table, not a common thing, but some reason it took me to my roots and I loved it. The fried items could have been hotter, felt like they sat out a bit before making their way to our table. Great sand pit for kids to entertain.

The food was amazing – the service was even better!! Olivia did a great job at recommending food & made sure to keep my sauces flowing (big sauce girl). She was detail oriented, sweet, and quick!! I will definitely be back. Thanks Olivia for making my first time at Fishtails so good!!

Awesome atmosphere with nice outdoor seating. Brandi Q was our server and she was incredibly friendly and efficient. We got the gator bites which were good, the calamari was some of the best we’ve had (very tender and fresh) but the grouper fingers were phenomenal!! VERY FRESH! We are actually going back this evening just for the grouper fingers. We called three relatives who live in nearby Atlanta and told them about the place and gave them our servers name so they can hopefully visit this restaurant soon. Highly recommend.

Went for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon and such a great experience we had. The food was fantastic, I had the signature Grouper finger basket and they were oh so good. Breaded lightly with the right amount of crunch, severed piping hot and fresh. This was paired with their Cajun grits which were out of this world. My wife had the grilled grouper which was also very good. Your on the lake so the atmosphere is wonderful, feels like you are on vacation. We usually go by boat but this time we drove as it was a little chilly. This is one of our go to places as it never disappoints, the staff is also great and their service was top notch. If you are on the the lake or near Flowery Branch the this is a must go to spot.

Olivia W. is a wonderful server! We, a group of us came back about ten days later and she remembered us and what we ordered. Very impressive young lady, highly recommend her for your next visit!
