Stayed one night for Business. If you are looking to stay in the area, this is the place Great staff. Decent Location. Clean and quiet room. Ok workout room. Simple Hampton Breakfast. Nothing fancy but it is clean and is what you expect staying at a Hampton

This hotel is horrible!! The staff is absolutely rude and when called out on their disrespect, they ban you from booking there. Although they allow you to book and ask you to pay $75 for a 30 min "pre check-in" only to call you 1 hour later to tell you that your reservation has been canceled due to "violence" from 1 month ago. All the while you haven't been even in the country in 6 months. I have never been violent in my life so this is actually amusing. This hotel will be 💯 % shut down as soon as the new hotel is finalized within the area. Good location to local establishments but horrible customer service. Everyone that was around for this event was appalled. And the hotel is way overdue for renovations. Good luck. ❤️

We stay at a lot of Hamptons and this was below average. Very basic ammenities. Bathroom toilet was gross, loud sounds at night, shower only got luke warm, room AC temp never got to where we set it, etc. I never write reviews but i would want to know to consider somewhere else to stay.

The room was clean. The ice machine was broken on our floor ,so we had to go to the next floor to get ice. The First morning there was no hot water for my tea. The OJ was empty

Very standard Hampton Inn. They need to step up their cleaning. Trash can in breakfast area was filthy for 3 days straight. Nobody checking or maybe nobody caring. We stay there for easy access and Crossroads restaurant nearby. Night staff was a little surly in the AM.

The Service here was top notch. It's convenient to the interstate and local shopping. Local restaurants are literally in walking distance. The suites are HUGE and there is an indoor pool for the kids. The hot breakfast is a great bonus. Next time I'm in the area, I will be staying here again.

Not bad, but the housekeeping had apparently folded up a dirty/damp towel and left it on top of the other clean dry towels from the previous guest. Other than that the hotel was nice and breakfast as expected.

They literally have locks on the bathrooms so you can't get in. The staff is okay but the rules don't make sense because why would you lock the lobby bathroom with a code instead of a key card? If the bathroom is only supposed to be for guests either give guests to the code when they arrive or make the lock key card activated.
