Went here for lunch almost a year ago. The atmosphere inside was good with the television inside showing ESPN. I ordered a Meatball Sub sandwich combo that came with a drink and choice of chips. Service was alright. The sub was both filling and delicious with the meatballs being quite juicy. Overall a good lunch experience.

I came in late one night with my uncle, and we ordered 5 separate subs. The women working the register were kind, helpful, and super patient while we worked out all the kinks. After ordering, it did not take long before our order was ready. Everything was correct and delicious!

Just returned after purchasing the Thanksgiving Turkey sub and it is a dismal sandwich. After trying the Firehouse in Cumming, GA, this sub is just wrong. Hardly any stuffing and a smear of cranberry sauce. Never again will I come to the shop!!!

I use to work at firehouse as my first job so I totally understand what it's like to work there. But what happened was unacceptable. My food was taken wrong and made wrong twice. I pay great money for the food and I'm a regular customer.

I would NOT recommend going to this location at night. It seems like the quality of service and food declines.

I ordered two hot subs. One came out cold and I ate it anyway. The other was done wrong twice.

Please be careful when creating peoples food. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring your mistakes are the real problem.

The beef and cheddar isn't worth ordering anymore. I guess they decided to use half the amount of meat they use to use. My sandwich wasn't enough meat to cover the bread. I won't ever make that mistake again. Why change did you change Firehouse......?

Bacon on both sandwiches wasn't cooked. Bacon on a sandwich should be crispy or at least not Chewy and undercooked. Soup tasted like Mac and cheese a bit or a mixture of chicken broth and potato soup.

The service is slow and most of the time they can't be bothered with helping, especially with online orders. The food is good and it's one of the few places I can find a hot pastrami sandwich.
