I have used Katie’s Catering for several years! Their traditional Christmas luncheon is incredible. It smells amazing, looks amazing and tastes even better! The staff is a pleasure to work with as well. I will definitely be using them for future events. They are fabulous and I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Katie’s Catering is phenomenal! We ordered a fajita bar and brownies for our teachers, and they couldn’t stop raving about the freshness, generous portions, and amazing flavor! The setup was quick and seamless, and the owner personally delivered the food. It’s rare to see an owner so involved, but he was incredibly friendly and flexible with our schedule. Highly recommend—10/10!

I used Katie’s Catering for brunch at work yesterday for me and my coworkers. I must say that we were very pleased with the quantity, quality, service, and most importantly the TASTE. I don’t write many reviews, but I feel that when someone has a business or provides a service and you are well pleased with that business.You should write a review to let others know. So that when they are looking and reading for approval they can get the honest truth of your experience. I give Katie’s Catering two thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽

We used Katie’s Catering for our Christmas Party at work. I heard all positives about the food. We had the roast beef, Barbeque Chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans casserole, peanut butter cookies, red velvet cake and salad.. All was good. They arrived on time and set the food up. The whole process was easy.

I just used Katie’s for a catered event with a referral source, and there were not enough drinks provided. For a total of $350 between food, delivery, and tip, I got juice for maybe 8 people when we ordered for 20. I like to utilize small businesses and I understand times are hard, but I will not be ordering from them in the future. Two more bottles of juice would’ve been less than $10 on their end.

The Katie’s Team is amazing!! They set a super high standard in quality, reliability and friendliness. All my customers are blown away by the amazing food. Most of them are accustomed to a simple boxed lunch so they are extremely appreciative of a warm, well thought out meal. Highly recommended if you need to make a solid impression on your audience.

We had the perfect wedding day in Dahlonega, GA, no thanks to Katie’s Catering! I placed a catering order with them for the evening of my wedding on March 21st. The order was supposed to arrive at 7:30 p.m. Apparently there was a mix up, admittedly it could have been my fault, for the order to arrive at 7:30 A.M. First of all, as a caterer, if you get an order for dinner foods scheduled to be dropped off at seven in the morning, isn’t that worth a phone call to confirm there hasn’t been a mistake? Even if the error was mine, the events that followed were completely unacceptable.

The delivery person woke me up by calling at 7 a.m. to tell me he was at my location with the food. I told him it was supposed to be delivered that evening, he said, “let me call the owner and I will call you back”. I jumped up out of bed and saw the driver turning around to pull out of the driveway. I tried to call him back to see if I needed to go ahead and take the food and reheat it that night, because I did not want to be left with nothing. The driver did not answer. The driver then called me back a couple of minutes later and was very understanding and nice. He said that he spoke to the owner and that it was “their mistake” so they would remake the food and deliver it that evening. I proceeded to ask him if I should go ahead and take what he had because I wanted to be sure we had food for that evening. He said no, and again assured me that “the owner” would take care of it and that the food would be remade and redelivered by 7:30 that evening.

7:30 that evening rolls around, my new husband and I are still out with the photographer when we start getting texts from our guests that the food has not arrived. I sent a text to Katie’s catering and received no answer. I called Katie’s catering and received no answer. I called the delivery driver from that morning, who said that he was not working, but he would try to get in contact with the owner and have him call me. Finally, at 8:04, I get a call from EZ Cater, the third party that Katie’s catering orders go through. The lady from EZ Cater told me that she was on the other line with the owner of Katie’s and that the owner told her that I “REFUSED” my food delivery that morning and that they were not delivering food that evening. I told the very nice lady from EZ Cater what happened during my interaction with the delivery driver that morning, that I offered to take the food and reheat it 12 hours later, but was assured that was not necessary and the food would be there at 7:30 p.m. I offered her the delivery driver’s phone number to verify what I was telling her. She then put me on hold to speak to the owner of Katie’s and was told that even if they agreed to give me the food, they did not have a delivery driver and I would have to go pick it up!

Thankfully, I was able to get a refund through EZ Cater, but beware of putting important events in the hands of Katie’s Catering. If you do, you may be forced to try to find a restaurant to feed the wedding party and guests at 9:00pm like we did. Getting home exhausted at 11:00pm on our wedding night further accented the terrible, inept service and communication from this business.

Katie’s catering catered the repast for my Dad’s funeral service. It was a stressful time and I am so grateful that they took care of everything. It was so easy. They showed up, set up everything while we were in the service like incredibly efficient elves. Then came the best part, the food was fantastic. All of our family and friends were commenting on how good the food was. It was a morning service so that brought delicious biscuit sandwiches and had gluten free and vegetarian options with fruit, pastries, and drinks. The biscuits were true southern biscuits. Really worth it. In addition the price was reasonable. We were able to do everything with just two phone calls. That’s not usually a worry but when you are grieving, simplicity is greatly appreciated. A giant worry was lifted and my Mom, brothers and I could just concentrate on the service.
