We booked this hotel for our anniversary and the property was beautiful! The rooms and common areas were clean and nicely decorated! Our interactions with guest services were all very pleasant. We asked Megan to have housekeeping tidy our room, left for breakfast returned about an hour later housekeeping was already done. When we returned from dinner our room smelled like weed (neither myself or husband are smokers) we reported the issue to Jake and Elena. They immediately offered to change our room to ensure the rest of our stay was pleasant! We came for relaxation from our busy lives while celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary and we couldn't have picked a better hotel. Thank you Hilton for making our anniversary one to remember. We will definitely be back!

This Hilton location in Atlanta truly shines as one of the best. The staff embodies courtesy, knowledge, and friendliness. The hotel radiates cleanliness, and the daily maid service is nothing short of exceptional. The spacious exercise room invites you to stay active, all while maintaining a serene atmosphere with its low noise level. Each day, the maid service stands as a testament to excellence. They don't charge a parking fee like most hotels in Atlanta. The only downfall is there is not a microwave or mini refrigerator inside of the room.

I recently stayed here for a convention, and it was a great experience. The hotel and staff were very nice and the rooms were extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that you have to use two separate doors to enter and exit the staircase on the ground floor. Other than that, I thought it was very good and would stay here again the next time I'm in Atlanta.

A familiar favorite from the past during my days of living in Atlanta and family visits. The hotel has came a long way since Covid when the hotel looked like a haunted palace on the hill. During this stay, everything was nice with the newly renovated restaurant, comfortable rooms, and talking elevators. My only pet peeve this visit was the executive lounge was not opened to Diamond members on the weekend yet it was opened to a school sports team. Where is the appreciation of diamond members? Other than that, it was a nice visit and my suggestion is improving the snack area with more snacks and drinks. When I was leaving the next morning, I ran into a familiar face from ages ago which was super nice.

My stay was okay, mix of positive and negatives. I stayed March 8-10 and paid $310 plus $100 deposit.

To me, the worst part was the pool issue. I ended up booking the hotel an extra night just so my kids could use the indoor pool that was advertised. The room was freezing cold. It was in the 50s and they had the air conditioning blowing cold air. My kids were shivering and my littlest one’s lips were turning blue We asked the front desk if they could adjust the thermostat and they said they would send maintenance over. About a half hour or more later he comes over, checks the temperature of the pool and says- the pool temperature is fine, the reason it’s freezing in here is because the air conditioning is running. Yes sir, that was the issue.. he seemed annoyed and we didn’t want to argue with him.

The pool itself is small, we were the only family there so that wasn’t an issue. If the team wanted to swim it might have been too small in the winter months.

The rooms and entire hotel was very clean. However, the water pressure in the room is very low so if you have thicker hair, it would be tough to rinse.

The restaurant was ok. We ate dinner there and everything was good. We went for breakfast and it was not good. The pancakes were like the frozen ones you reheat and so hard on the edges you couldn’t cut through them with a fork. Definitely not worth the $18.95 they charge for a plate. I stayed at the holiday inn the same weekend. I had a comparable room and breakfast was included for cheaper.

There was also an employee complaining loudly about other employees and cursing while I was eating breakfast with my kids. I get it girl- take it in the kitchen.

Overall, not the worst stay but could have been better. I would not go and book this on my own but I would stay again if my kids team were to stay. We were here for a Perfect Game baseball tournament for East Cobb GA and the fields were over an hour away so I’m not sure why we had to use this hotel to begin with.

This is first time that I stayed at this hotel. I love it! There is a library/business center on the main floor and it is very tastefully decorated. There are not many guests, given the timing of our visit. We were upgraded to the executive floor for the diamond status -but the lounge was closed during the holidays. The breakfast was well prepared. The buffet does not offer a large selection but they used fresh materials to prepare their food. Each day, the front desk staff (Nayara, Megan and Kendal) texted to check whether things are going okay. Overall, it has been a great experience and we will come back in a few days!

Positive: Location Negative: This hotel may have been four-star at one point in time, but it is not now very outdated cobwebs were in the ceiling of the bathroom air conditioner kept running throughout the night headboard had scratches again. This property needs to be updated.
