We stayed here for 2 weeks. They tell you to put dirty sheets and stuff outside by your door to be washed. I put sheets and blankets outside 2-3 times in 2 weeks and they got mad and accused me of doing it every day which I didn't and said they refused to wash my sheets and blankets daily. For starters I didn't do it daily. It happened 3 times in 2 weeks. 2 even if I did, which I didn't, its their job to wash the sheets and blankets. 3 they kicked us out after 2 weeks. Would not let us renew. We stayed to ourselves. Didnt bother any one. Our 4 year old son found a syringe with needle in it hidden under the sink! They said they would come look to check the room but never did. This is by far the worst motel ever! Ive never been treated so poorly by anyone. Will not be going back there ever! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I would give this motel no stars!!!!!! This place is by far the nastiest I’ve ever stayed in. The room reeked of stale cigarettes, the tub was filthy, the toilet never was touched for the cleaning. The phone was so dirty I dare touch it. They had holes in the wall stuffed with paper towels. The chair was stained so bad. We saw a roach. It was just horrible & I didn’t feel safe.

I'm a construction foreman. The weekly rate is great for our budget . The room is clean and peaceful. One level so no NBA games overhead. No carpet to worry about keeping clean. No frills to overpay. Nice people. If you're expecting a resort you should go to a resort.

A bit of a life even prompted me to stay here. It was inexpensive and honestly this seemed to be one of the "rougher" motels in the area but I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The rooms are currently being renovated it looks like. Mine had several unfinished drywall patches and water damage in the ceiling. Only time will tell with these rooms. But overall my stay was fair. No crime, no noise, and the room was adequate. I'd stay here again if I had to and was looking for somewhere cheap.

Considering eveything that happened to me on Labor Day weekend I can give this hotel 4 stars. My room I booked online with another establishment was not going to be ready until 4pm. I was able to check in at 11am. There was an extra service fee for a late check out. My only concern was that it is an older hotel. It is in need of a renovation. The tub wasn't clean but sheets and fridge were very clean. Many of the individuals in the rooms are living there long term for various different reasons

If I could give zero stars I would. Spend the extra $20 and go somewhere else. It’s not worth it here.

Made reservations the day before with no problem. Confirmed a late check in (9pm) and late checkout (12pm) with front desk attendant.
Received call the next day asking “are you coming?!?” Around 6pm.

Upon arriving in Florence, we called to notify the front desk that were were caught in traffic. There was no answer. We discovered that the staff could not answer the phone because they were busy outside watching fireworks.

Facilities also do not have hairdryers or coffee makers. It’s truly one step away from camping.

Bug found under cigarette-burned bedsheets to top it off.

The staff was friendly but not talkative the room was nice enough but the plugs we're loose,the bed on the far wall could use a outlet especially nowadays when everyone has a phone. There was no fresh toilet paper we had two half roles. No coffee maker in the room either. Housekeeping didn't come by on the second day we had to ask for more toilet paper, towels and rags and that took over an hour. On the last day I saw bugs in the bathroom, I have pictures. On the plus side they allow pets, the hot water and heat worked great, it was quiet, the beds were comfortable, the pillows could be bigger. We did like the hard flooring instead of carpet. It has potential and can be the nice hotel it use to be, trn years ago it was always full, but it's gonna take alot of work but it doesn't seem like there putting much effort into it.

Room was completely run down. Holes in most of the walls, nail polish on toilet cover, doors and walls. Almost everything moves including sink and toilet. Shower head is rusty and may come off. Old clothes and trash outside of the room. Desperate need of renovation. Front desk personal (the second day) were incredibly friendly. Cheap rates and good parking but even at $50 a night it still may be too much for how incredibly trashy it is.
