Nicole was absolutely phenomenal in checking me at Hometown Studios downtown Norcross. Her customer service was beyond reproach. She was very pleasant and helpful. I would rate over 7 stars if I could!! She is a great face to this company. I would highly recommend frequenting HomeTown Studios if you're looking for a great stay for a great value!

I can honestly say that this hotel is one of the good ones. You can tell that the staff care about this property. The rooms are a very nice size and I Like how they kitchenette is closed off from the rest off the room. The front desk lady that works during the week has got to be the sweetest, helpful, understanding person I have met that work in customer service. I would recommend anyone to give this place a try because it's definitely worth it. The only thing I regret is waiting as long as I did to come. Definitely feels like a home away from home

I moved into this place around July, and at first, I was quite impressed. The staff was friendly, and I quickly established a good rapport with some of the housekeepers. I even stepped in to assist one of them when they were overwhelmed with room upkeep. However, that positive experience quickly soured due to serious maintenance issues, notably a leaking roof. This situation caused a lot of stress, especially concerning my children's safety. Despite my efforts, which included having a housekeeper advocate on my behalf, it took far too long for the management to address the problem. With two children, one of whom has asthma, the delay in resolving this issue was unacceptable.

Things escalated when the ceiling eventually collapsed, prompting them to finally move me to a different room. Even after relocating, I continued to face problems. The heater went out, and despite my repeated requests, it took nearly a week to fix because the maintenance staff were overwhelmed. It became obvious that their priorities did not align with the urgent needs of the residents.

The situation worsened with unnecessary conflict involving a previous general manager. I was wrongly accused of not cleaning up after my service dog and had to provide video evidence to prove otherwise. After that manager left, a new one came in, and the reports from staff about him were alarming. My own experiences confirmed those claims.

On one occasion, he was outright disrespectful to my children, who were simply on their way to meet a friend nearby. He scolded them for no reason and later tried to restrict my children and the kids I was babysitting from using the laundry room under the pretense that it was too cold. This was unreasonable, especially as I was supervising them while doing laundry in a wet and hazardous area.

When I expressed my frustrations during a phone call with my sister, he eavesdropped and confronted me aggressively. I stood firm, telling him that his threats of eviction were baseless unless he provided proper notice. In an outrageous abuse of power, he called the police and fabricated a story to bolster his authority as the general manager. Despite filing multiple complaints and raising serious issues, as of February 2024, he remains in his position. Immediate and decisive action is necessary to ensure the welfare of all tenants.

I come here often and always enjoy the peace and quiet. The staff is amazing, super sweet and they make you feel at home. They also always have good deals. Rooms clean with full kitchenette, its 5 stars for me. #yellowcamarro

Great location. Rooms didn’t have blankets, looked like recent leaks, smelled of constant bleach but wasn’t clean. Had to leave after being there for 3 hours into a three night stay for an emergency and turned in my key and was told we don’t care, you already paid and we have your money.

The location of property is in a nice location next to fire station and police department. The lady working the front desk was so sweet she let me check out the room to make sure it was good enough for me. (And it was).
Overall the experience staying here was amazing. Definitely recommend this location

This is the most nastiest place I have ever seen. When My family and I got there first the receptionist told us we couldn't check in until 3pm. This the Thursday September 26,2024 when the storm Helene. So we were wet and just wanted to get inside. My husband also asked for a bathroom and the receptionist told him that it was for guest only. So we went to get something to eat until it was time to check in. At 3:01pm we went back and they gave us the room key. I would never never ever recommend this hotel to not even my worst enemy
