The front desk service was HORRIBLE! Never in my life had I experienced racial profiling with ANY Motel 6. The service I received was uncalled for I reserved my room and all for my daughter’s birthday so I didn’t want to ruin her life but they never came by to provide fresh towels either. I will never give them my money again, I will go elsewhere that will treat a human no matter the color of their skin. The person in front of me did not receive any kind of disrespect that was provided to me. Thank you for the time I was allowed due to my reservation, however, I will NEVER return back to that location for anything!

I planned to give this hotel a very good review due to how clean it was, however, on my second day of staying here, I asked for four towels. The hotel only had Two towels to dry off with at arrival two towels to dry your hands off with and one towel for the floor. It also had two wash cloths. I asked for More

the lady said that she needed the dirty towels. I gave her two towels . She stated she put four in the room and people steal the towels ! I asked her was she saying I stole the towels she stated it happens all the time ! I paid good money to stay here and was accused of stealing towels here ! Never again will I stay here , I only wanted towels to give my kids a bath ! How insulting! Give your money to another hotel , with kind understanding people. I work hard for my money and wouldn’t dare steal two towels !

The room is clean but there was a dip or slant forward by the air conditioner and the window only opens up about 8inches. The toilet clogged after using once or twice and the shower did not get hot. $89 right here for all of that. But it is what it is. However, the maids are very friendly and kind as well as made sure that I was taken care of. They deserve a raise of u ask me...

As I'm trying to call to get another room. They front desk person Blatantly told me I was a liar because I wanted to pay for a another room. As I walk down there I asked where was the other lady who help. He then tell me to lower my voice I told him I'm not yelling then he Proceeded to tell me, he’s not gonna help me get another room. His Attitude has been nasty since the last owners of this hotel before it was motel six. That is not good for business in my opinion calling your Guess a liar and talking to them as if they were your child is Unacceptable.

Me and my fiancé has been here for about 2 weeks and I love it here. The rooms are much bigger and the staff is amazing 👏. This is by far the most cleanest hotel, and the staff is very amazing especially the ladies at the front desk. I give this hotel a 5 star.

Over priced only to have it being remodel n about 70% of the rooms there... $100 a night is crazy.... but on the plus side they did do a good job in the rooms that where completed so far.... but even then studio 6 is not a $100 price for a room... not to have a pool or anything of the sort for that matter....

Wish they had better customer service and was not rude. I asked for a late check out and was told they didn’t do it but they had done it for me before

Positive: Nothing you stole ---$ and we didn't even stay there Negative: Everything they expect a disabled woman walk up and down 3 flights of stairs to walk your dog going to your room is like going to a jail cell all the construction I'm surprised if people could sleep we didn't stay there and you took ---$ of our money
