Disgusting place, Dirty PTAC system smelled like smoke, stayed off for 45 minutes. Dirty bed, roaches on the floor, in the shower, and under the microwave. There were nails in the chairs, no cable for 21 days, confronted the front desk worker said they would handle it but never did. They didn't even check on me to see if the job was done. ||||I ordered a non-smoking room, but some fools stayed outside in front of my door day and night, cursing, drinking, and smoking weed and cigarettes everyday. I told Red Roof about this they only gave me one free day, Really? After 21 days in hell that's all you have to offer? Very classy of you. When I requested more days they said no and closed my case, you guys are sick and inhumane, never rent from these people their not worth it.

The front desk clerk on duty at check-in was extremely rude. Paid for 2 rooms, 1 room, the guys weren't arriving till late that night, when they arrived, arrived at the hotel @ 12 pm and went in the room , it was occupied by 3 other people. The front office closed at 10 pm, so security and some other rude woman that worked there after hours had to locate a room for the guys to stay in that nite. The room had no working bathroom, so the guys couldn't use it or take showers or anything else. On top of all that, prior to our arrival at the hotel, I called hometown suites to make reservations and asked them if the roach problem at this had been resolved and I was told it had been. I found out different later that evening, and the next day when the guys got a different room.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. The rooms are filthy and smells disgusting. As I opened the door I asked for a room change and the unprofessional front desk personnel told me she can’t do anything until Monday. Which was the end of my stay booked. I showed her the alive and dead roaches in the refrigerator and around the room. I showed her the unswept and unmopped floors, the water splashed mirrors, the mildew on the kitchen counter, kitchen walls and bathroom shower. The lights wouldn’t even stay on. At times I had to knock the switch for it to come back on. I was left to sleep in that room for two days. Good thing I didn’t or I would not be alive typing this review. I had to find another hotel the same night I went. To date the property has been contacted regarding a refund however they will not be professional or fair and conduct business fairly. How this hotel passes the states requirement I’m unclear! But they will NEVER see my face again nor will they get any recommendations. This hotel is clearly for the homeless to rest when winter time comes. It could never be for travelers nor for tourist. The way the hotel was advertised is nothing but a mere scam for your money.

By no means do not read the first reviews! That's how I was trapped and setup by Priceline! Read all the reviews... This place should be closed down and condemned! Roach infested!!! If you want to bring them home then stay here!! The health department of Norcross are not doing there jobs because by no means should this place be on any booking site or should be booked by anyone!! The experience I had there was horrific! People literally live there. Garbage and trash everywhere around the site. Rats yes!||Their rooms smell awful, the front desk staff, she is the most disrespectful rude unprofessional person I ever met! It's a hit or miss if you get an AC that works in your room. But what you will get is an abundance of roaches coming from every direction. A 4 night stay end up being a 1 night, lost our money because they don't give back refunds regardless of the horrible conditions.||Also, don't look for the $50 deposit back. Sitting in the lobby for 4 hours waiting for a room, the police was called on the front desk clerk, every other person who came in was irate with this place and the conditions. At that time people didn't have hot water for 2 days! Not to mention, you will only get one roll of toilet paper which doesn't matter cuz we were out of there. The roaches was using it anyway. I was too disgusted and didn't have time to take pics or record! We were busy trying to kill them!

The staff was nice and friendly. They asked me to initially about 15 lines that the print is so small that my iPhone magnifier glass can't even make it readable. The room was not dirty but everything is very very low quality. No toilet paper, The toilet seat is broken. There was no bug or roaches. There were two clean tiles and maybe a clean bed. But the floor was dirty, the kitchen was dirty, and the everything feels nasty. For $51 plus tax, I guess I got what I paid for.

The check in staff was nice and pleasant, the room was nicely cleaned. We asked for extra towels and Nicole helped us with that in a timely manner. The price rate for the room was just what we were looking for, will definitely book again!

I stayed at the hotel in Jersey last week. So my next assignment was in Atlanta so I found this hotel close to the main highway. I enjoyed Jersey trip and was glad to see that this hotel offered great southern hospitality as well. Very nice people. The guest here are truly extended stay guest and also made me feel at home. Most have stayed for years and just love it. Thank you Nicole and the team for a wonderful stay!

I relocated from Alabama to Georgia and was not sure how the transition would go. I had researched different extended stay locations and chose Crossland Economy Studios @ 6295 Jimmy Carter Blvd. I, undoubtedly, made a great choice. From the moment of my arrival i was made to feel comfortable. The room was clean, the grounds of the property were well-maintained and
inviting, and the overall surrounding areas were peaceful. From the front office staff, Consuela and Nicole, to the maintenance staff, to the room attendants/chamber maids, everyone has been warm, polite, and courteous. As a rule, you don't stay anywhere you're not comfortable. Well, guess what? I've been here now for two months....... with no complaints whatsoever.
Kudos to the Crossland Economy Studios staff @ 6295 Jimmy Carter Blvd!!!
