Let me tell you about this place. First of all they didn't have a room ready when we got there. They tried charging me $40.00 more for a second room, when my reservation clearly stated 60.00 per room plus taxes and all. The gentleman was trying hard to say he couldn't change it. Ended up making a separate reservation for the 60.00.
I get to my room 309, and the floors are dirty and sticky. I called down to the front desk and told him. He said that he was going to bring me some stuff to clean it. It wasn't until I went down to the lobby and get it. Now fir the kicker. I wake up this morning to take a shower and yes, no Hot water. The gentleman downstairs once again said there is nothing that he can do. No offer to move me to another room nothing. Asked to speak to a manager "she won't be in until 10" This place is a joke.

Me and my husband have stayed with Extended Stay America for 13 yrs due to his work. And I’m going to be completely honest. This location was the worst. The first day we checked it. I hade to clean my own room. The doors outside and inside are so filthy. The halls are beyond disgusting. And there is a terrible smell inside the building. The elevator. Is nasty. And there are 10+ kids every day running the halls and laying all in the halls and playing in the elevator. My oven never worked in my room because no one ever cared to fix it. We had no bathroom vent that worked so there was a bad moisture problem in the room and it was so bad it was making the paint pill off the wall. And than there are a lot of roaches… People stand outside smoking weed pretty much 24/7. There is a guy that lives at the motel 6 next door and they allow him to sell drugs inside and outside there hotel. (Extended Stay America). There was also a girl across the hall from us that was a prostitute. And practiced Which Craft. And the hotel didn’t care. The manager April is Rude and Racist and she over charges people and takes the extra money to go get her hair and nails done. She takes money from the business to benefit herself. It’s just a HORRIBLE hotel. And none of the workers care about the guests nor the property… JUST STAY AWAY and don’t give these people any of your money…

Great place but they do not play about they money. If ur late it's $25 each hr so one day our room cost was a total of 179.83. All bc I left our things bc it was a lot of stuff but I knew we would have the money. By the end of the day, but the lady didn't have any consideration bc she charged us 100 bucks and then allowed us to check in.

This hotel is so wrong. Why charge late fee and I paid early. Why can’t this fee be waved. There has been no breakfast all month. The light been going off, internet has been spotty. I can get a discount or anything. I’ve been here a whole year. I trying to service just like everyone else. Thus GM has unfair practices and over charges plus . The amenities promised are not available. Let’s not forget washer and dry been out the whole year. The GM knows everything. I’m trying my best but to have a company take advantage because they can is wrong. Where my money for all the things that was promised but has not been consistent or available?
I really have been holding in all the wrong that has been going. I just didn’t want to get put out for telling the truth about this location.

My mom and I Lived there for almost a year. It was the only extended stay I could find that felt like a 2 bedroom apartment; so it fit our needs for the time. The price consistently went up . The property manager April was rude and cold with most of our encounters. She was always on the defensive. Like we were bothering her and the other staff follow her poor customer service. The first 6 months was horrible we had to endure a huge pest control issue which was tough. Imagine paying over $600 weekly and dealing with bugs everyday.
The hotel is pretty quiet during the day. Every one is working but at night it can seem too noisy at times. Milton was another staff member and he was okay he treated everyone with respect and showed great hospitality overall. I'm glad we finally move out and move on.
A lot of dogs .....great for kids due to bus pick up....cable is decent and great location.

The prices online are different from the front desk. My problem was that they didn't have any hot water. I showered cold, only because I'm a Soldier. Everything else was cool

Our toilet was clogged and we plunged it tried to fix it and couldn't so told office and maint was there in minutes he plunged it tried over and over
Then took up toilet and worked tirelessly to unclog.the whole time telling me he wouldn't stop till fixed. Hardest working maintenance man I ever met even cleaned up all the mess.

Family visited from out of state and it was horrible. Im not one to leave reviews, so this says a lot. The place is infested with roaches, do yourself a favor and FIND ANOTHER HOTEL! In addition, they don't want to issue full refunds for there pest issues. After staying one night and complaining first thing in the morning we lost money due to their uncleanliness and unwelcoming environment. Tried to complain that same night but management was not available until the next day.
