This was our second year running, stay at the hotel. We stayed here last year too in 2023 Dec.

And then in 2024 Dec we picked this hotel because it offered the best rates and great location for a family visit, with amenities nearby. Upon visiting from Singapore, we were met with Mr. Ed.
Excellent servicing from him, who allowed us to chose the room we desired. He was really helpful and welcoming, even though we checked in late at night.

Then Ms. Frey also was amazing who treated us nicely. Overall, the breakfast staff and their cleaning staff all were great this year, versus last. The service improved a lot!

Other than that, the rooms need a bit of working. By that, I mean the beds, especially.

Complementary breakfast is decent and with the value they provide, its worth it with the options they give.

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn, and I must say, my experience was outstanding. The staff, particularly Ed, went above and beyond to resolve a third-party reservation snafu that had occurred. His professionalism and dedication were truly commendable. The service provided was exemplary, and I felt valued as a guest. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a top-notch experience.

The bathrooms could use an upgrade. We had cracking tiles on the floor and the toilet had low flushing pressure. The dishwasher was not fixed to the cabinets so it moved around a little. The staff was friendly but I did need to call maintenance twice and both times, they were gone for the day. I requested four sets of towels and when they came, they brought two. I get that the hotel has to cut costs, so this wasn’t a huge deal but I don’t think we would stay there again.

I’m writing to share my comments regarding my recent stay at the above-mentioned hotel. Let me start by saying that the stay itself was fine. However, my concern is with how the hotel handles lost and found items.

During our visit, we misplaced one of our vehicle key fobs. Thankfully, the housekeeping staff found it and turned it in to the front desk. Someone at the front desk (Ed, I believe) called to let me know he had it. I asked him to mail the key fob to my home address and said I would be happy to cover any associated shipping costs.

A week passed, then part of another week, yet the key fob still hadn’t arrived. When I called the hotel to check if it had been shipped, nobody seemed aware of the situation. It took 2-3 calls before I finally reached someone who knew what I was talking about. It appears the key fob wasn’t sent until I followed up again about a week later.

Eventually, the envelope arrived at my house, but the key fob itself was missing. Moreover, it had been shipped in a regular envelope, with no padding or tracking number. At this point, I have no idea where the key fob is, and all I can do is file a complaint with the postal service in hopes of locating it.

While I appreciate your staff’s effort in turning in the key fob and attempting to mail it back, I believe items of this value and importance should be handled more carefully. Replacing a key fob can cost at least $500, and I’m also uncomfortable with the possibility that someone, somewhere, has a working copy of my vehicle key.

I hope procedures will be put in place to prevent this from happening again.

Love this place! I’ve been visiting for the past two years, and it never disappoints. The best part is definitely the location—super convenient and perfect for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Rooms kitchen was severely lacking. There was only one pot available. And did nothing but burn our food. Makes it almost impossible to cook anything here.

Breakfast was definitely all freezer microwaveable. Only thing fresh and hot are the waffles because you make it yourself.

Milk served expired in one day but when you opened them it smelt and tasted sour. When told management they said that’s all they have.

Location has a lot of food nearby which is helpful given that the kitchens are useless. About 28 minutes from downtown Atlanta. Costs $12 a day for parking which is ridiculous given that the location is very quiet and not at all busy.

Phillip and the management team has always taken good care of me with many visits. They have always been attentive to an issues that arise and make it easy for me to check in with the mobile app. Rooms are always prepared and ready. I have stayed here most weeks in last 3 months.

This place is disgusting. Just needed to be out of our house for a couple of days due to some construction work we were having done. I don’t know who gave this place 4 stars, but i give it 1. Our room smells like cigarette smoke (yes, it’s a non-smoking hotel), bathroom drawers broken, stains in carpet. i’m actually afraid to get in bad…no telling what these sheets actually look like. There are 3 of us - one bedroom suite…there were 2 towels in the room. I went to the desk to ask for some and i’m pretty sure the guest attendant went in the back and grabbed some out of a dirty hamper…they weren’t even folded. This is the worst. Also, there’s a coffee maker, but no coffee pot. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø One more thing….i guess we only get one square of toilet paper per bathroom trip cause there’s only have a roll in the room.
