As someone who frequents this hotel, I must say that my experience is usually very pleasant. The property is clean, quiet and conveniently located. Janie at the front desk is so sweet!

The staff is friendly, accommodating and always making sure the common areas are clean. On warmer days the pool and back lounge (equipped with an outdoor television) are very nice and they always have great music playing on the outdoor speakers. Highly recommend!

I booked a room for 2 days here. I checked in yesterday and I left this morning to go out with my family. I returned to my hotel room and no housekeeping came. No bed made, no trash removed, no clean towels and wash clothes. I went to the front desk to report it and the lady at the front desk told me housekeeping only comes on Thursday. She can put me on the list for tomorrow. That is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I will post the photos. IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH NONSENSE AT A HOTEL! I HAD PLANNED TO EXTEND MY STAY BUT I WILL DO SO ELSEWHERE. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

The location was great in relation to our work office and the staff was friendly and helpful.

My room had some mold in the shower that was simply plainted over, and chipping, and a colleague's room had no water pressure in the shower.

Planted directly next to a very noisy road, this motel has the brightest building lights every 10' feet. When I saw them from the outside I first commented how safe it made me feel to have so much light! However, when it's time to go to sleep you no longer appreciate all these lights. Each one is directed straight at your hotel window. We had two pointed directed on straight at our window. There are no blackout curtains strong enough to block this kind of light. But ours were also too short to even try.

We tried talking to the front desk about changing rooms and were rudely told a definite no. The staff was unnecessarily unfriendly every time I tried to say a simple good morning or hello.

The room was dirty. The mattress was awful. They wouldn't let us check out a day early even though we were so dissatisfied. They wouldn't change rooms.

When we were leaving we crossed paths with the owner who was extremely nice so we were surprised they had such poor staff. We hope this review helps them make staff changes.

Even though we paid for one more night, we left early and paid for another hotel just to get out of this place. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Peachtree Corners here in Norcross and for $100 got clean, quiet and friendly! Very basic needs from a hotel in this price range.

Hotel owner Is rude no wonder why staff does not care how they treat people. Room was not as clean as expected and smelled of mildew in hallway (disgusting). I thought I stay for the night and leave next day and go down the street to the Hiltons hotel my stay there was much better than here at this dump. O stars is what it deserves!

So sad ! I was about to book but then I saw the review about the mother with her autistic son then I saw the response from the manager. How incredibly sad the response spoke volumes about what type of person is running this place. I work with autistic kids and believe me when I say I’m sure the child’s mother was doing everything she could to try and get her baby to quite down. It’s so sad the manager said in the response how she wasn’t considering the guest … like wow how insensitive and then when I got to the end and saw she was asked to leave my heart broke. I seen she also said an employee who “actually had autism” basically saying the mother was lying… loss of words. I’m sure the employee who is autistic knew and was on the mothers side but probably scared to speak up against their bully manager. I’m glad I decided to read the reviews before spending my money on this dump!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! THERE IS A MARRIOTT JUST A FEW MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD WHICH IS MUCH BETTER THAN THIS PLACE!!! This was the worst hotel I could have spent my anniversary at! Each time I attempted to contact management I was told that they were not working that day.

Overall stay was very good. Hotel staff seemed very pleasant, hotel in good location, and the cleanliness was good for the most part. Only issue with cleanliness I had was those dang water bugs just kept showing up like thieves in the night. I'm from the area and know those can just come in regardless if the room is clean or not, but just was a good amount of them.

I don't smoke, but room needed a smoke detector for safety reasons of course.
I would stay here again definitely
