I had the pleasure of visiting the Atlanta Marriott Peachtree Corners today, and I must say, the service was truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I noticed the dedication of the housekeeping staff, particularly one lady who was consistently keeping the common areas, lobby, hallways, and rooms spotless. She even took a moment to engage in a friendly conversation, and I was amazed to learn that she speaks three languages—English, Arabic, and French. How incredible!

The highlight of my experience, however, was the outstanding service from Jacob at the front desk. Despite managing multiple tasks and handling high-pressure situations, he remained calm, professional, and genuinely engaged with every guest. His kindness, patience, and ability to multitask while providing top-tier customer service were truly impressive. He sets the standard for hospitality and should be the model for all hotel employees.

This property delivers 5-star service and quality, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to my next stay!

This hotel provided an exceptional experience. We booked it on Hotwire for a great price $92 for a Saturday night. I travel in for a local spa and I just needed a clean comfortable place to stay. This exceeded my expectations, I’m guessing this is a business hotel during the week, as it’s in a business complex area. There is a nice gym and inside pool. The room was lovely and spacious with nice amenities in the room including a couch in the king room.

It may be an older hotel, but the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is attentive, and the food and drinks are great. Try the Shepherds Pie; awesome. Also, it is a great venue for large parties and gatherings. My wife and I were there just days ago, and there was a huge party to celebrate a lady's 60th birthday. These men were dressed tuxedos and the ladies in beautiful ball gowns. Just spectacular, so the hotel must provide catering, too. We loved it.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, and Ed truly stood out with his incredible customer care. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. As a Marriott member I definitely recommend this place.

My global team and I were recently in Atlanta for a week. Sonya was the most wonderful person to greet my team every morning with a smile, hot coffee while reserving a table for us each day to meet our tight timing schedule. We left happy with hot coffee's to go and a very nice breakfast offering!

One night stay Saturday to Sunday for a job sponsored banquet with hubby...parking was a little confusing. Parking decks were labeled with colors, example Green deck, and were not cleared labeled as Galleria Mall parking or hotel parking which resulted in us parking in the Mall parking area instead of the hotel parking deck/area. The interior of the hotel/ conference center is divided into an hotel area and speciality shop area, which once more further confused us as we navigated the corridors, entrances, etc., to locate the actual check in desk of the hotel. Once we were in our room we found it to be comfortable and well stocked with all the regular hotel amenities, our only issues there was that the walls seemed "paper thin" as we listened half the night to late night guests screaming, talking loudly, and closing their room doors. Additionally, when we both went to use the shower, we found the water to be warm at best...not what we expected for this level of hospitality. One last thing, the conference room that the banquet was held in was Extremely Cold, we both left the banquet stuffy, with headaches and body shivers...thanks Marriott.

This hotel is nicer than advertised! The front desk, Andre, and the restaurant Chef Herman and host Robert were amazing. Just tell the chef what you like and he goes to work. The food was amazing as well. 🤤Definitely making this a frequent stop for us.
