It was my third or forth time staying here. I've been here with friends and family. It is always clean and staffs are kind. And I like the room which is really spacious.
I forgot to bring my makeup remover so asked for it and the staff gave me right away!

There was a musky smell in the room. There was mold on the shower door. There was a yellow stain on the cover. The coffee is horrible, I would not recommend drinking. The eggs tasted like they were an egg substitute or powdered. The only thing I enjoyed was the bed. The bed was comfortable, so I got a decent night sleep.

I loved how spacious and comfortable our room was, but my family was disappointed when we were looking forward to the hot breakfast provided with our room and there was no food left. My husband also called for blankets at bedtime so my son could sleep on the sofa bed, and they told him to just "come down and get it if you want it." I'd stay again if we were in the area and needed to just because of the room to spread out, though.

Overall, my stay was fine. The room was spacious and had a good layout for families. But, overall, the hotel needs updates and the breakfast was below standard and should be improved. The service was okay and the location was fine. The value was good. Also, for this type and location, the parking should be free (it was $12).

I would somewhat recommend this hotel for families with young kids.

A great value based hotel. Good for long stays and if you are passing through the city too. See many professionals using it because the hotel is close to some tech parks. Enjoyed the stay and comfy beds. Hot water was available. Breakfast every morning too with the basics covered. Staff accommodating and works on schedule, timely.

Our experience at the Hyatt Place hotel today on April 4, 2025 was horrible. Our room was dirty with chicken bones underneath the mattress, and the mattress was extremely dirty. We contacted the front desk in which she was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude. She cut me off during the conversation when I was trying to explain to her the situation. She moved us to another room in which the AC didn’t work, and now we are going to our 3rd room. Me and my family will not be coming back to this hotel. This is by far the worst experience we have experienced at a Hyatt hotel.

This Hyatt Place is tired and dirty. Air conditioning doesn’t work. Also they are not upfront about charging for parking. It is $12/day plus the app they make you use to pay for the parking charges an additional $1 for a service fee. ||I have stayed at many Hyatt Hotels and i do NOT recommend this hotel. It is not up to Hyatt standards. Ugh, our room and the hotel is so dirty and gross. ||One positive is that the woman at the front desk was nice.

Dated and smells like smoke in the halls. The worst part was that they sneak in a parking fee of $12/day plus a service fee. The person at the front desk said they don't own the land so it wasn't Hyatt but when I went into the website to pay it is a Hyatt website(?) My toilet was running when I arrived and they didn't show up to repair until I went to the front desk several times. Even then it took three days to get someone to look at the toilet and they didn't really fix the problem. The alarm clock had been ripped out of the wall but they apparently didn't notice(?). The breakfast not very good except for the coffee.

I won't be coming back the next time I am visiting the area.
