Had one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. Wendy so was helpful and showed so much compassion for what she does. She made me and my fiancé feel welcome and cared for. She was easy to talk to and over all was the perfect front desk lady we’ve ever encountered. The place was spotless and clean and our room was very nice. Our bed was comfy and clean. The shower had great water pressure. I’m am happy to say we will be returning if in the area! This should be the standard all hotels are held to!

T’was the week before Christmas! And our home flooded! We ended up at the Courtyard and Alex, who works at the front desk, saved the day! He got us settled and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Efficient and kind! Along with that, the bed and pillows are comfortable and the bathroom is clean! We love the area (we live pretty close to the hotel) - everything you could need is within easy access.

I had the unexpected pleasure of meeting the owner, who was extraordinarily warm, a trait that is reflected in the feel of the hotel.
Our experience there made a trying time easier. 💖

I am a Bonvoy member, if I could give this hotel 0 stars or negative stars I certainly would. This has been absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I’ve been a business traveler for over 17 years and I can honestly say that this hotel is by far the worst. On top of the side entrance door not locking, I experienced incidents which required police attention to the person I had staying next to my room and led to a sleepless night and questionable security measures. The room itself did not have a phone in it. Furthermore, when I checked out there were “incidentals” that they were trying to charge to my room which I though had been taken care of as we went thru every detail during check out and saw how ridiculous the charges were yet I checked my credit card statement today and the unaccounted charges we reviewed still showed up on my statement. I encourage everyone to stay as far away as possible from this hotel. It was a terrible and unsafe experience to say the least, and on top of everything overcharging for a bad experience and “incidentals” that clearly had nothing to do with my stay.

This place was really, really bad. The good news for the hotel is that it is undergoing a major - badly needed - renovation. But.... the hotel rooms smell like a cat box. The beds are terrible, very old and very hard. The need to replaced and massively upgraded. Bathrooms are dated and wallpaper is peeling. Surprisingly the only thing giving this hotel 1-star is the hot water and water pressure was good. But overall the bathroom is a dump. Don't stay here, save your money and look elsewhere until the renovations are complete.
