We had a great experience here during our stay. The breakfast was good and very friendly service. The only thing that we didn’t like was that our room never got serviced. We had to ask for fresh towels and they never came to give us new sheets for our bed. The only time they came to check was before checkout. The room was clean though. Just had to take out our own trash and continuously ask for trash bags. Overall, it’s still a good hotel in a great location. Very quiet for the most part.

It’s always a great stay when I’m at The Hampton Inn, Peachtree corners. This is preferable my favorite Hilton to come to. I have grown very fond of Lisa and Ash, who is always so amazing. They are very prompt with taking care of whatever you need and always making sure that you have an amazing experience during your time there. Housekeeping is Always working to maintain that the hotel is in top condition and making sure that everything is always clean and smelling amazing. The whole staff work seamlessly together, and I am forever grateful for them giving me a great experience whenever I’m here.

Rooms are very clean , breakfast is good every morning , house keepers will always make sure you have clean sheets and extra towels with ROOM SERVICE. Pool is OPEN if you’re traveling with family and kids , I absolutely love this HOTEL . OH and front desk associate MR. ASH is the best GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE along with everyone else I enjoy my stay here . No complaints!

My first encounter with Ash was so welcoming his service was great. We only spent one night and I was impressed with the cleanliness from the elevator to the rooms. The pool area was great for my grands. During Breakfast Joan was so busy but she was so welcoming and helpful we had all of our grandchildren to feed and ot was a task.
During check-out Lisa was so nice and pleasant

NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE REGARDING THIS MATTER AND NO ONE RESPONDED TO MY CALLS OR EMAILS.

I reserved a two bedroom room. At arrival my initial room had a bad smell, hot and the fridge was leaking. We were moved to another room..My room was not clean, it was dirty sheets and pillow cases on one bed. The bathroom had red spots on the floor and counters - after traveling 5 hours I was exhausted and didn’t have the energy to move to another room. I slept in the other bed with my child. As a smoke free hotel someone was smoking on my hall where I could smell it in my room and someone was smoking in the pool room as well...I've very unsatisfied to be honest. The kitchen staff aren't friendly, I'm having breakfast and the guy literally wiped the table next to me and flicked stuff in my table from being so close while wiping. And looked at me as if I’m the issue. That was completely disrespectful! I would not recommend at all.

The room wasn't that clean. I always make sure I disinfect & sanitize every hotel room I stay at just in case I come across a room that's not up to para.

The beds were lumpy. The pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on. However, the breakfast was pretty decent. The next time I'm in the area... I'll have to pass on this location.

Had a nice stay, only 1 night over at Hampton Inn. Best way to put it is that you get what you pay for. A hundred bucks for a night you can't expect luxury. The breakfast was decent and the bed was relatively comfortable. The pillows were a little small but overall positive feedback.
