This hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and courteous. The lobby always smells fresh and housekeeping is always stocking your room with supplies. The manger on staff here is very patient and tries her best to meet the customers needs. I’ve seen her under extreme pressure but remains pleasant and tries her best to appease her guests. They serve breakfast in the morning and follow all social distance policies to assure safety. This stay has indeed been a blessing. I highly recommend.. you won’t be disappointed!

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When it was Extended Stay America it was ok. But now the new owner has taken it over and it’s HORRIBLE. It looks like the Getto. U have people outside your window hanging out ALOT and smoking crack and weed and drinking. And then you have people coming up selling drugs. And then when you get inside of the building it’s just pure filth. And smells like dog pee… I have literally stood there and watched people let there dogs pee on the stair way… You can’t go tell any employees anything because there not going to do anything… They tell you to call the cops because there to scared to do it themselves… And then the owner ( he says he’s the owner) Lol but if you seen this man he looks so sketchy and nasty… He literally drives around in a old ambulance. ( Who does that…) And he sits outside with guest and smokes weed and drinks… Please save your money and don’t stay here it’s really really bad….

I have really enjoyed staying at this location. My handicap accessibility was very important in finding the right place. The staff is very pleasant and professional have exceeded my expectations for what was suppose to be a temporary stay. These 4 months have been great. I hope to find a suitable apartment in this area. The room is clean with a full kitchen the hotel will supply a toaster, coffee maker, and cookware per your request. With raising cost of apartment’s this is a great alternative. Convenient to retail stores, grocery stores and restaurants.

We get stuck in the elevator. None of the emergency functions worked including the phone. The sofa bed was very bad. The stove was a guessing game. The carpets need cleaning. We didn't have a problem with bugs. The pool was frequently closed. Missing door handles and security doors propped open.

Thankful for Reina, Lena, Russell and Nicole. They kept our stay pleasant and any concerns we had they were prompt and fast on making sure it was covered. This has been the best stay me and my family has had at a hotel. It was like we were related. Very fast replies if it was concerns. Rooms were clean and family oriented. I will also say Russel and Lena did an amazing job as night shift managers. Thankful for this hotel. I'll be back again. God bless

Nicole Harris(son) was on the money as far as taking off my room!!! She made sure that I had whatever that I needed while staying there!! Your whole staff was excellent and attentive!! When I needed something, I got it right away!! Towels, soap, wash cloths, you name it!! I will definitely come back to this extended stay again and again! I will definitely recommend it to my friend and family!!!

My main issue was with checking in. It took forever. I booked through Priceline and although I paid in full, on their end it showed that I owed a balance. I was exhausted from being on the road and I reallyyy had to use the restroom. The woman checking me in was an older, no-nonsense type of lady -- not super friendly or personable, but she got me checked in eventually. The next day when I wanted to extend I had issues again. This time I had mistakingly booked a different type of room on Priceline, so I had to switch rooms. Not a huge issue, but it was still annoying and kinda tedious. The same woman was checking me in and she helped me out.

All of the amenities seemed to be nice, clean, and up to date. All of the staff smiled and spoke whenever I'd walk past. I absolutely LOVED the location of the hotel. I had plenty of space to walk my dog and let him explore. But on my second day, I did hear some people get stuck in the elevator. I'm soooo glad that wasn't me because it would've really freaked my dog out!

My stay here at extended stay America has been great. My family and myself had to stay here while we waited for our house to be ready for move in. I had a 9mo and everyone at the front desk was very helpful whenever I needed assistance. Russell Parris I would have to say stood out. He was very accommodating and helpful with all my questions and concerns. I would also like to mention that the location was very convenient to get around, shopping and quiet when it was time to go to sleep. Definitely 5 stars from me and my family.
