They now have a new menu since last review of three years ago. The nacho queso dip and tortillas is now more concise and still good. The Brussels sprouts with honey drizzle as a side is still there and good. Burger menu has changed — now they have a burger topped with BBQ beef brisket - was OK, probably would try again, but still prefer the old “Peachtree burger” with the “79 sauce”. Service still great. The fried dill chips were too salty and would not get them again. Seems like over half their offerings are still drinks from the bar based on menu layout.

We went for dinner arriving about 4pm. We were taken to a table that was absolutely filthy with food and spilled drinks still on the table from the previous party and food under the table. How does someone who works there not see a filthy and take customers to it? The person who eventually cleaned our table used a filthy rag that was probably used to clean every table. We had to use our own napkins and hand sanitizer to properly clean the table.

The floor everywhere had food, straws, wrappers, napkins, etc from previous customers everywhere.

The finishes in the tables are all worn out, the floor has never been properly cleaned with food and beverages ground in.

The overall appearance of this Taco Mac was filthy and grungy.

Shame on the manager for running a restaurant to allow this to happen. I would suggest the owners of this Taco Mac find a new manager and close the doors for a major renovation.

I had no idea what to expect going in as I've never been in a Taco Mac before. It's immediately obvious that it's a sports bar type restaurant with dozens of TVs playing the world series game so that was pretty cool. My server was Valerie, who was extremely good at her job. She's friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. As someone who was formerly a server trainer and manager, this means a lot. The wings are great. Oven roasted instead of deep fried which I appreciate. They're sourced from Springer Mountain Farms.

From my entree I had the salmon with the chili mango rub (I'll try the Cajun next time) which comes with rice and roasted Brussels sprouts. This is a fantastic meal, and at 14.99 I feel is a good value. The manager stopped by to check on me, and the host was very nice as well. I'll be back here when I have another delivery going that way.

This place used to be cool. Not so much now, the beer selection is still large, but it's mostly huge commercial breweries and beer you can get at any grocery store anywhere in the country. The whole appeal of Taco Mac was that you could try a bunch of different craft beers from all over that you couldn't find other places. The food is pretty much the same as it has always been typical bar food. Our server was good, but it made it known she was not happy to be serving a large party of 9. Especially after we told her it would be 5 separate checks. Overall decent experience, but could have been much better.

We were seated in a booth and waited and waited for someone to come take our drink order. Finally, a host came and said they were behind and could he get us our drinks? Sure, no problem. 15 minutes later, our waitress, Katelyn, came to our table and said she had been too busy. We said we were ready to order and the experince went downhill from there. She said that was why she was at our table now, not, great! Not, im sorry it took me so long. Just a rude, well, im here now comment. We ordered and she left. She came back a few minutes later and said she put a rush on our food. She next brings us our food but no napkins or utensils. I had to go to the hostess desk to get someones attention because by this point, Katelyn is no longer paying attention to us. She stopped at the table beside us so we got her attention and told her we needed these items. She proceeded to bring us plasticware, plopped them on the table and said, "I cant do anything right." By this point, we are just wanting to eat and LEAVE. We both ordered rhe brisket burger which was delicious but the fries were hard and cold, unedible actually. This was a very disappointing experience and we wont be back.

I waited 35+ minutes to never receive food. After 20 minutes, I was told there was a mix-up with my order and my burger would be compensated. Cool, no worries; stuff happens. Wait another 15+ minutes. I had to leave because I was starving.

We had dinner on the patio the other night and got to meet Valerie. She was an exceptional server - happy, friendly, attentive and kind. We haven't had service like that in a long time. It was so refreshing and made our evening all the better! Next time you stop in, ask for Val!

John is an amazing server!

Management -have your team sweep the floor and clean the tables off when people leave. The floors were awful can’t imagine what the kitchen floor looked like.

Also, don’t have people stand up waiting because you are short on servers. Seat them and let them know it will be just a few extra minutes. It’s so silly to have us looking at alllll the empty tables but can’t sit down because you don’t have a server?

Ceaser salad and homemade croutons are good. Honey chipotle just ok. Sweet Sesame much better.

Nice spot for late night dinner.
